We went there to send a package back and suggested by the company. They couldn't help us because the package wasn't boxed. Not like a UPS store where they package it up and send it back. Customer service person what kind of rude.

Nice people working in the store and they type all the information in so we don’t have to write it ourselves and double check with the customer for accuracy. Can’t get any easier than that!

The Shipping Post is the place to go. The employees are all so very nice and helpful. They dedicate a line just for FedEx.
