“My apple watch face was cracked after I dropped it, so I took it in to see how much it would cost to replace the cracked glass. It was more expensive than an almost new, reconditioned watch. Zac explained that I could have an upgraded, reconditioned model for less than it would cost to repair the cracked face. He ordered it and it was in the next day. Excellent customer service. Saved me $$$.”
