Gentleman helping me with fingerprints was very rude and condescending when I asked what the acceptable forms of ID were. I handed him a second ID and he handed it back and said "that's not on the list". I asked once again if I could see the list he said I can leave. He got himself all worked up and called me names and said I won't shut up. I got him to calm down and he finally took my prints once I pulled my phone out to call the company like he suggested.
Overall a very bad experience, I don't know why people have to be so rude.

Yes I've been there a few times with emailing or faxing items and they have been very helpful and courteous. And their items are for sale in the store are somewhat unique

I have used Deep Creek Pack and Shipping as a virtual office location for over a year now. They have been very good to me, very professional, and very effective. While no place is perfect, the difference with them is that they truly care about their customers.

I had to use Deep Creek Pack & Ship because I had documents with a prepaid FedEx label but no envelope. There was a FedEx drop box outside there location but I still needed the envelope. They provided me with FedEx envelope to return the documents. Just throwing it in not a fan of FedEx, not the best delivery company. I liked that it was a little shop that sold cards, post cards, candy, and some other cool stuff. Will definitely go back just to.purchase items from the store

First and last time that I am going to enter in this place. Print a page cost 5.00 dollars that above to expensive for me. The front lady was nice and everything but when I asked to her to just copied a paragraph from an email to pasted it in word she charged me 5.00 just for that. I wasted more than 10.00 in just one simple impression. I just suggested you go to another facility next time.

This place lost or stole my package that was dropped off for Fed Ex. Do not use them. They also do not adhere to their posted hours frequently, leaving a note on the door that they had to close due to whatever reason. This is a Mom and Pop place and ran very makeshift. Do not trust your business needs with them!!!!
