Would NOT recommend for my vehicle. Watched a tow driver with someone's car on the back run a red light, flip an illegal U-turn and drive over construction cones in the Forum Fort Myers. Horrible representative for your company.

We had to pick up one of the fleet cars that was involved in an auto collision. They charged only $190 for the tow and 1 day of storage which seemed very fair. The front desk lady was efficient and a ‘doll’ in personality & professionalism. Thank you for being decent to us Cleveland Auto Center of Punta Gorda!!

Very bad service.This woman was terrible, treating customers poorly and with very little patience.Arrogant and disrespectful.I called her on the phone to get information for a friend who doesn't speak English, so I was translating and she just told me that she didn't have time and answered the questions we asked her very poorly. Very bad way of serving customers.

Company contacted at 1pm to pick up our truck we received a call about every Half hour to an hour saying they were 20 minutes away. We waited until 7pm. My daughter made one phone call and Cape Coral Collision and towing was there within 15 minutes. We went thru our roadside assistance offered by our insurance. It was by their fault, it was what this worthless driver from Cleveland told them. PLEASE DINT USE CLEVELAND TOWING.

This company ROCKS! We are AAA members since 1978 and we had a flat tire on US 17 at 9:30pm and AAA said the soonest they could get to us was 2.5 hours...midnight. I was with my 87 year old mother and father too and they didn't care, even thought we were only 6 miles from Punta Gorda and the mosquitoes were horrible. No storms or anything out of the ordinary and it was a Tuesday night. We waited for 30 minutes until I looked up company's nearby and called Cleveland Auto Center. These guy jumped on it and said they could get to us within 15 minutes!!! We were in a Sierra Toyota mini van and the tire is NOT in the trunk...it's is under the vehicle, kind of a pain, but they got there fast and the tire changed within what seemed to be 10 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!! I am questioning the need to pay for AAA motor Club after this incident. I have never had to call on them but one time in allllll of this time. These guys charged less than my annual membership. Thanks guys...you saved us and AAA never called to verify they were not coming.Service: Tire change
