  Chase is a good bank for me but when I try to call to talk to someone they don't answer the phone I just keep getting hung up on

  The only Chase bank to answer the phone. Great customer service. Professional and knowledgeable staff.

  Staff is great. Very attentive. Outside ATM has issues 90% of the time but the lobby ATM is available 24/7 if needed.
