Classic retail failure. Customer is there for the business rather than the business is there for the customer. Noon on a Wednesday 7+ people standing in line. One cashier who is 90. Yet 3 other employees standing around including Jason who says he was the manager. When you ask about why the other register is not open, i was told i was Rude. Dont ask the woke manager why its more important to arrange the chicken wings than take money and complete a sale quickly. It is a convenience store right? A real manager steps up and fills in when needed. Jason couldnt care how long the line was or how slow the 90 yr old cashier was moving. He was not going to be questioned, thats rude to question such. This explains why they only have a 2.9 on reviews

The lady would not take my $2 cigarette coupon that I've used every other 7-11 in the country! She was very rude and appeared to be intoxicated or on drugs. I myself was often under the influence, so I know what the signs to look for. (Today I'm 4 years sober!) When I asked her for the address, so I could have the cigarette company reapply the coupon, She told me to look outside. I couldn't find it when I asked her for it again she just gave me the first four numbers. I asked her the street number and she gave me the highway number and didn't give me the ZIP code. VERY RUDE!!!! I will never go this the 7-11 again!!!

The GM of this place really needs to learn FL law and get some customer service skills. This morning I went to get some nicotine pouches before my shift and when I presented my digital ID he told me he needed my actual ID. I tried to explain to him that it was through the DMV app and was an actual ID. He cut me off saying it had to be physical according to FL state law. Every other gas station(and even HIS gas station) has sold to me with my digital ID. I looked it up and yes in FL a digital ID can be used for age verification, as long as it is through the DMV app. I wouldn't have been so mad if he would have not been rude or even said "hey, as far as I know, I can't accept this, so I'm not comfortable." But to continually cut me off and be rude, is unacceptable. As a GM it is your job to set an example for your employees when it comes to customer service. It is also your job to know the laws(especially if you're going to use them as justification for denying service), but that is forgivable. I understand some places might not be comfortable accepting a digital ID, I understand these are new and people are still learning. This GM needs some more training before being allowed to interact with people again.Also, I was still charged for the can of Zyn I was unable to get and because I was so frustrated by my interaction with the GM I didn't notice until I looked at my receipt. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you enjoy being yelled at when their card reader doesn't work - this is the place.Rude.The store is dirty.The prices are high.Lines are long.The staff don't appreciate customers and aren't happy at work.The onions and pickles for hotdogs are frozen and can't be used. The ketchup and mayo are old empty bottles.Lastly, the employee who rang us up told us that she didn't have enough change in her drawer so, couldn't give us change. When we demanded our change, she told us she didn't have time because there was a long line. We stood our ground and she finally "found" enough change. So, at least we weren't robbed.I love 711. I travel a lot and try to use their stores. But, I will avoid this location like the plague.

They only got a 1 because you have to give atleast that.Never enough employees.Younger looking male manager, black hair, should not be managing employees or taking care of customers. Very rude and ignorant to both. Will not be back to this store

I was just in the 7-Eleven they were not very helpful there are coffee beans loaded almost to the top of the coffee maker and yet the lady would not help me reset the machine All she had to do was call the manager it was plenty of coffee beans in the machine it's obvious that she does not like her job. We come to this gas station to get ethanol free fuel for all our equipment at the compound we like to get coffee for a night security shift as well while we're here this is a big disappointment to us

Very expensive. The beer and wine are priced hi. Service is better than Circle K next door. Drink area is clean and well kept unlike Circle K.

So, I tried to follow-up to the owner's request to review the store via the link provided but it just crashes every single time. What is going on around here?What is the point of having a rewards program if the staff will not allow the customer to enter their phone number to use the rewards program? Very upsetting and telling.

I'm a newspaper deliverer I stopped in the store to grab an energy drink the young lady that was working well not so young but the woman that was working did not speak acknowledge my hello or thank you and she looked me square in my eyes at least three or four times.

The coke icceee has been down for days now. The main reason I go to this store is the iccee and when I walk in to a blinking red light fir the last four days makes me not want to go back.
