This is one of the most terrible experiences I've had in customer service. The cashier, who said her name was Dairylis, was rude and impolite. When I asked to speak with the manager, The manager refused to come and talk to me and started calling security over the loudspeaker. The cashier didn't even speak English. It's inconceivable that they continue to hire people who don't meet even the most basic requirements for customer service. Do not go to this store; it's a total lack of respect. This store deserves less than one star.

I am having difficulty comprehending how some companies hire individuals who do not prioritize customer service or make an effort to communicate effectively in English. When I travel to foreign countries, I have noticed that if locals do not speak English, they are proactive in using a translator to bridge the communication gap. However, in my experiences here, some workers do not even attempt to understand my needs or concerns.
