I always think long and hard before making a complaint because I don't like to make anyone feel bad but I felt almost obliged to do so because what has happened to me here has been so many times that I can't take it anymore. The service is horrible, bad Damn, it's super tedious to have to come here to do anything and it's not just me that they treat anyone badly, I say this because I've seen it, and don't even think about coming an hour before closing because it will make you feel worse. I think there is no reason to treat anyone badly, there is no reason to justify it, terrible service from some employees except for others. Please I hope that you become aware and improve your way of treating people not only because you are providing a service but because we all deserve good treatment no matter where we are from and come from.

Es un robo este banco ,cuando cambio a centrar estate bank,nuca informaron que los que tenían cuenta de cheques gratis se le iba a cobrar mensualidades,sin notificaron me han cobrado mensualidades hasta el día de hoy que cerré la cuenta,es un mal banco,no habrán cuenta con ellos
