I understand call centers would charge a service fee to take a payment over the phone, ridiculous but they do. A fee for making a payment at the store???!!! You have to pay…to pay in person. What’s it supposed to cover? Interrupting the employee literally doing nothing in there? Hey the guys at the deli do way more and they don’t charge you to pay at the register. This one star is your fee for being ridiculous. Enjoy it. Call corporate and tell them how you feel now.I appreciate your concern. Try to do away with that fee. Thanks.
