Delt with Kenny today my Internet modem died took it in He helped me right away, fixed my issue and gave me a new modem then showed me a deal on new phones that i couldn't pass up so i went in with a problem and come out with more products good job Kenny thanks for a good experience

This review is not for this specific store but for Comcast in general. We were offered 4 months ago a free cellular phone with the upgrade of our internet service, well 4 months later their “free cellular service” was not really free but at an astonishing 15 per Mgb which they never disclosed these terms when we sign up for a better internet service, and just now they send a bill for the ridiculous amount of $600 This company is a Monopoly that must be sued and taken down

Only come to this store if you wanna waste yoir time. They are a 3rd party and don't offer or match any deals that xfinfity actually has nor do they try to help you if you wanna spend more money and time than you need to then this is your place

Wish to give this store a 0. They turn every customer away who is not a sale. A bunch of high teenagers with rude attitudes and absolutely no customer service. Why have this third party store that is not managed by corporate tearing down Xfinity’s image. Why not shut the store down?!

Now I see why this store has a 2.7 rating... I drive 20mins to the store because xfinity has been charging my credit card for service I never had.... Been dealing with this issue for over a month and one of the employees assured me that he is giving me the "special direct number ", what a joke.... so I have been charged on my credit card a total of $310.62 for mobile service I never had... I advise any potential new customers not to do business with xfinity

If I could give no stars I would. Our business has suffered greatly from dropped calls internet outages every week and lack of service calls. Every service call we got was pointless and fixed nothing. Worst internet service ever.
