I am a newer customer and didn't understand entirely how the billing worked on my DexcomG7 system. I called the billing department and Lori was so completely helpful. She was professional and so wonderfully personable. She just made my day and my opinion of Wellstart Medical is very positive. It can be difficult to get great customer service on the phone these days, but Lori in the Billing Department was wonderful.

Horrible customer service! They contact the customer to do a 30 day check in to make sure customer has enough diabetic supplies for 30 days and when you tell them you only have enough for 10 days they say your next order doesn’t ship out for another 5 or 6 weeks and they aren’t concerned about it and won’t send them sooner. Why do you call the customer to ask if they have enough supplies for a specified amount of time but you won’t actually make sure that if they aren’t going to have enough you make sure they will get them sooner? The CS agent was horribly rude about my 14 yr old needing more diabetic sensors. I’m in shock at the lack of concern that agent had. Just wow!

Wellstart is a fantastic company to work with.Everyone is so friendly and very knowledgeable of the products they distribute.There technical people are also very helpful,and are great at what they do.We have been happy customers with wellstart for approx five years .We would like to extend a friendly heart felt thank you to steve,and Nemy,for there top notch cust service,job very well done.

FRUSTRATING!! I contacted Well-Start on 10/23 to advise them that my Dexcom supply would end on 11/15... I called twice since that time and as of 11/20, I have still not received my order. Nor have I received a tracking # that was promised on two different phone calls. I have been w/o the use of my Dexcom since 11/15... I will be looking for another supplier...

Stated I could. Not get my order until six weeks. They have to review my medical records, which I did not give them permission. Also to be approved by my I surface, which does not take six weeks

Customer service is always professional, helpful, and caring. There is rarely a wait more than a couple minutes. My mom uses the dexcom 6 and we feel so much better now that she has it. Any issues we've had, have been on our Dr's office side. I'm bad at remembering names or I would write down all people who've helped.Thank you to all the staff.

After dealing with another provider who was nearly impossible to contact for supplies online or by phone in recent months my endocrinologist office suggested a change as several other patients had similar experience.
