If I could give negative stars I would! Let me start by saying I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for over 10 years and have never had an issue with their employees. This was my first time to a branch location in Port St. Lucie and would rather drive to palm beach than deal with this location again. This morning I woke up to all my accts frozen and needed the issue solved immediately for business purposes. I called that number and was stuck on hold so would rather handle the situation in person. I asked Ashley (the first person I saw walking around) who could help me with the issue, she told me to call the number that was sent to my email …. I explained to her that I was stuck on hold (for nearly a half an hour) I would rather handle this in person and needed this handled immediately as I could not access my acct whatsoever and needed to. She told me I would need an appointment as if she didn’t hear anything I was saying and kept repeating herself with a nasty attitude and walked away from me while I was still talking to her. Now I have read all the other reviews on this place and wouldn’t have come to this location in the first place. They need some serious changes on employees in there. Very disturbing to see that they continuously have negative reviews and nothing has changed. A bank should not be a place for nasty employees, we’re supposed to trust them with our money and be well taken care of!

This particular branch of Wells Fargo Bank located in Tradition @ 10330 SW Village Center is the most customer unfriendly in St Lucie County.Let me preface this by stating that I have been a customer of WF Bank for over thirty years before it was even named Wells Fargo. I have dealt with many various locations in both Palm Beach County and St Lucie County. This particular branch treats its loyal & local customers (at least in my experience) horribly. For example, I tried to cash a personal check from my elderly mother who was visiting some years ago and felt that I was being treated like a criminal. My mother and I finally walked out after a long, grueling & unproductive interrogation session in the manager’s office-much worse than the Principal’s office!!Recently, I was in the Tradition area and against my better judgment tried again to cash my Series E bonds. Just as expected, I was denied because my name had changed since they were issued 30 years ago, despite the fact that my SSN was printed on the bond. I had ID to prove that this was indeed a valid transaction. The manager would not even check.I don’t plan on returning to Wells Fargo Bank at Tradition ever again, unless it only involves a very simple withdrawal from the ATM!! There are other branches with employees who really care about their customers by going out of their way to provide help and service!I have come to the conclusion that this branch cannot or does not care to deal with any transaction other than maybe a drive-through account withdrawal.

I have banked with Wells Fargo for years (probably 30+years). I have never, ever, not once, ever filed a dispute concerning a charge that I made. So on June 23rd I had my hair done at a place that totally ruined it.(and it cost me $221)I had to go to another stylist the following day to have it fixed.(Which cost me another $230+). So I disputed the $221 charge with Wells Fargo. I sent them pictures of my ruined hair and proof of the money I had to spend to have it fixed. No one on this planet could look at my pics and say it wasn’t ruined. So, what does Wells Fargo do? They deny my claim!!! They say the merchant stated that she will fix my hair. Really?? When I called her that first day she never offered to fix it!! So I had no choice but to go somewhere else immediately. I was too embarrassed to go out looking like that. I have included photos. Please, everyone, look at them. How can this bank side with the merchant? Pictures don’t lie!! So, I say, do your banking elsewhere!!! Wells Fargo does not stand behind their own customers. Shame on you Wells Fargo !!!! By the way, I have an appointment on Wednesday morning to close my accounts!!

I came in to turn in paperwork to close an account. The branch manager turned me away without reviewing my paperwork telling me to come back for an appointment I almost left then when I came back she reluctantly took my paperwork to review, only to tell me it was nothing I needed to do. When I explained the paperwork she "read" she then told me I needed to mail the forms instead of coming back for an appointment. The branch manager is impatient, unhelpful; overall curt & unpleasant disposition.

Dealing with banks is not my favorite thing, however, this branch is the bomb! All the customer facing employees are courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The manager has done her job well as all of her direct reports are doing things correctly!! Mario, Senior Premier Banker, is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough as well.

Every time I come to make a deposit at this branch, the one ATM that they have is either out of service, or is not accepting deposits, not accepting cash. It’s always something. Then I have to drive 30 minutes to go make a deposit at St Lucie West. Why is it so difficult to have an atm that actually works?? I would say add a walk up atm but the problem is probably the staff not making the one atm that they do have as a priority.

I don’t have an issue with this particular location. My issue is with the the Bank as a hole and the countless inconveniences it has caused my family. I currently have a check being held by them for roughly two weeks. They claim it’s because the other financial institution had an issue, but after speaking with them it’s fully clear it’s a lack of effort on Wells Fargo’s part. Now my rent won’t be paid, I have to scramble to feed my children and my account is in the negative. And this isn’t the first time this has happened! I gladly made an account with Citi yesterday and when the check clears I’m done with WF. Do yourselves a favor and put your money in a trustworthy institution not this scam bank!

Don't go here... stay away... they let people stand at the counter when you are getting cash or cashing a check... someone was at the counter not doing banking business and they don't tell them to leave the counter... I was followed from the bank car window bust out and money stolen... I went from the bank to the publix next to the bank in and out in less than ten minutes!!!! Stay away from this bank oh the worst part is the bank told the cop they don't have cameras in the front of the bank!!!!!! The cop was like I have never heard of a bank without cameras or letting people stand at the counter when others are doing business....

Had 9AM appoitment, must use your Vocals In this place, made me to wait because machine was broken. No 1st serve your client with the SMILE, yes, SMILE, then once client is served, you can call any names this client and do your business with the broken machine. But client comes FIRST AND KEEPING THIS CLIENT SO THEY CONTINUE KEEPING THEIR $$$ TO KEEP THIS BRANCH ROLLING. This is the basic principles on how to run a business. CLIENT 1ST , then broken toilets, machines, ran out of coffee list goes on.

Wells Fargo Banker Nadege was a delight. She was attentive and responsive to my banking needs. She was able to assist me in a very professional, timely, and proactive manner. Nadege and her great attitude changed my mind from closing my account to leaving it open.
