No service at all worst place ever no one in there fully training for they job in there from supervisor to staff no customer service i will close all my acount and go to a different bank worst place worst branch zero zero zero i been a customer since 2017 today i been refused to be serve and the manager told me they cannot serve me im going somewhere i can be serve.

The only issue with this branch is an apparent staffing shortage. I use this branch a couple times each month and almost always receive excellent service. Unfortunately the lines are sometimes long due to low staffing.

This is the absolute worst location. Awful management, he sees the line and does nothing to help. Just smiles and says cheeky comments that infuriate me. They never have any staff and it takes me an hour just to do a deposit every time. If I was the owner I would fire the entire staff and rehire. Horrible experience. It makes me want to stop banking with Wells Fargo altogether

40 minutes in line (inside)Not once was I or anyone else in line acknowledged by tellers.Every car that came thru drive thru was helped immediately tho all of us (4) were there long before the cars came thru.Both tellers were rude, saying basically it is what is... Worst service I've ever experienced.

Slowest bank in the world. One drive through commercial lane open and takes them 5 minutes to even acknowledge each person that drives up. People who need to get back to work are screwed if they come to this bank.

not always the most amount of bankers or tellers, but if you know you gotta visit the bank, you can schedule an appmnt in like 3 min

Was in drive tru for 15 mins no one helped me , teller was very rude when she finally came to the window & said she was the only teller there. Decided to go inside , at least 7 people in like with 1 teller on a Friday ! Ridiculous!!! Asked to speak to a manager apparently no one was available. Horrible customer service , will be taking my business elsewhere

This bank is the absolute worst in America they scam their clients and closed down 15 of my business accounts with no rhyme or reason and almost putting my businesses to a stand still and employees and their families at risk. I would suggest staying as far away as possible from utilizing Wells Fargo for any of your financial needs unless you want to end up in a situation like mine. Look up what these crooks have done and the penalties handed down to them over the last 10 years and I guarantee you will be pulling your money out of this awful institution immediately.

I went to this branch today and needed to see a banker. I was the first customer there right at 9AM when they opened. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence. I was told there was only one banker and he had to take care of a client before me and another customer that needed to wire money. Their customer service sucks and I am planning on taking my business elsewhere

Have 1 teller most times once in awhile 2 tellers. I have yet to be out of here in under 30 min for a simple deposit.

My wife and I walked into this branch, 2 bankers were at their office doing nothing. One came to us and dryly said that she has 2 appointments and, making a sign of exhaustion with her hand under her throat meaning she'll be so tired then. She never asked why we were there or what she could do for us. I asked if she could give us an appointment. She said "you'll have to call or go online. I say : Thank you, I'll go somewhere else.
