Called today to speak to someone to help with our CDs and the lady that answered was beyond rude and very unprofessional in her customer service. Wish I got her name. I actually did a double take thinking I had called someone's house by mistake with the kind of rude attitude I was getting! I initially asked to speak to 'Wanda' and first thing out of this lady's mouth was "We were busy all day and can't answer the phone" add a load of snippy attitude and rude tone to that. So I was taken aback because she could've said , 'let me see if she's available." So I said, So should we take out our money if you all are too busy for us? She said..."I TOLD YOU WE WERE BUSY! " Made me mad and want to take our money out and go to a bank that has better service. Now, where has all the great customer service gone? I can honestly say that this WF branch needs better customer service training for their agents. If you don't want to deal with people in a professional manner get a different line of work.

I have been with Wells Fargo since 2012 and they always are happy to help with whatever I need. This location has great staff.

Definitely dont recommend using this bank. My account was hacked last night and my account drained of all money! Go to branch today to resolve this and I’m treated as if I’m the criminal asking me if I’m sure I didn’t give my bank account info to anyone, like what person goes around giving random people their account info? Then say I can’t get money back until investigation is complete meanwhile I have auto loan payment and credit card payment that both bounced and no money to pay they due to my checking and savings were totally wiped out. Branch manager is rude along with banker Juan just kept telling me there’s nothing they can do. DONT USE THIS BANK they don’t care at all for their customers instead treat you LIKE a CRIMINAL

I'm just wanting to get Wanda Nieves the recognition that she SO VERY MUCH deserves. I've personally dealt w/ Wanda on two occasions, she set up accounts for my twin boys on two different occasions and she was not only the epitome of professional, she made my boys feel very comfortable and eased their nerves @ the very beginning of the appointments. I anticipated that the experience would be mundane and boring but she not only answered all of the questions I, and both boys had, she made it a pleasant experience for my boys. They were a tad nervous and she explained how having their own bank accounts @ such an early age will help them learn to manage and save money with a brief but purposeful story on how her boys made similar decisions @ a young age. Thank you again Wanda, AND Wells Fargo!..

Tried to see about a possible loan with this bank. Absolutely NO customer service. Sat for 15 minutes in waiting area while staff walked all around us and never acknowledged us or took names. I left and won't be back. They obviously don't need my business!

great service. Staff was patient and polite to me. I made a few mistakes and wasted the time of other employees and customers. I'm really sorry and embarrassed

Wells fargo for the second time refuses the court order to release my deceased sister's funds to me. Guess contempt of court is next.Avoid banking with them! I have a certified court order and death certificate!

Absolutely awful customer service. Extremely rude and combative employees. Completely unhelpful. If I could give them less stars I would.

These people are crazy. I had my son go make a deposit of $1000 into my checking account and they wouldn’t let him even though I filled out a deposit slip. They said because he wasn’t on the account he couldn’t make a deposit. Since when!!!?

This bank, and all branches, should be avoided at all costs. Two problems I had: (1) My branch manager neglected to report my timely filed URGENT notice of my account being hacked and more than $60K stolen. It took them nearly six weeks of delay before they claimed I neglected to report it timely enough, which was b******** because I reported it by 10am on Monday following the weekend hacking!!! Unreal. I lost all that money; (2) As a victim of Hurricane Ian I was forced to relocate to Port St. Lucie where the bank refused to allow me to deposit two insurance company issued checks totaling more than $20K to my account. They claimed that the mortgage-holder's signature needed to be certified by his bank in Fort Myers, and that I must appear with him at the Well Fargo bank in Fort Myers to deposit the checks, even though I had nearly $40K in my account that would more than cover any problem IF there was a problem. There was no problem, they just manufactured the problem and didn't give a s*** about making me waste a hole day jumping through ridiculous barriers that they conjured up. PLEASE do yourself and everyone else a favor--BOYCOTT WELLS FARGO--pass on this WARNING. Thanks!

I went on Saturday (the only day I had time) to follow up on my business account status. Mind you the work was all done by me online, they refused to help me said I needed an appointment and to come back during the week. None of them were busy. No one was waiting. They weren’t helping anyone. They just were too lazy to work on a Saturday. One lady was on her phone at her desk. They just didn’t want to work. I work during the week I don’t have time to come. They close at 1 pm and I was there at 9am. It was something simple, they only needed to check status of my account since it’s been over a week since I opened it and submitted paperwork. I work during the week and have no time to come in simply because they refused to work. I went to TD and was help they opened my account in less than 30 minutes. They were happy to see me and never once told me to come back. Well Fargo should take note of this instead of paying people to do absolutely nothing. Must be nice to get paid and do nothing.

Customer service with Wells Fargo is terrible. I've spent 3 weeks now trying to have an account closed and removed from my online banking. I guess either their system is trash or the representatives I keep getting are under trained and should not be in the position they are. It's 2022 folks, THIS IS A JOKE BEWARE FELLOW CUSTOMERS

Came here to make a deposit in order to prevent my dads account from becoming inactive permanently. The Wells Fargo people said that is what I needed to do when I visited this branch a few days ago. My dad lives outside the USA.Bank tellers told me I needed a money order, I couldnt deposit cash.So i leave the bank to get a money order, because I don't have one at the moment.A few days later I go to Publix, get the money order, and drive to the Bank.Once I arrive to the bank, now they tell me they can't do anything because my father needs to be present. Huh?This after they told me THEMSELVES all I needed to do was deposit a money order made by me.Additionally, my father LIVES OUT OF THE COUNTRY.I explained the situation to Manager Kede, and what had happened the other day with the two employees that gave me the WRONG instructions.I ask "so what do I have to do?". She says "tell your dad to call this number because I don't know".I tell her "I'm here in a Wells Fargo Bank for the second time trying to solve this, can't you just give me the answer so I know what to do".She says she would have to "get on the phone" for that, basically implying she wouldn't do it.I guess she felt it would waste her time.Maybe she felt only my time is worth wasting? After the Branch made me waste all those hours (and in a way, days) she cant get on the phone and find out for me?What a giant waste of my time and energy. She later offered to "file a complaint" for me.She didn't offer me a copy or receipt of that complaint. Nothing. She was trying to be smart - I highly, HIGHLY doubt she will file anything. Highly meaning 100% she wont file anything. It's her Branch, why would she?Anyways, this review stands as my formal complaint.
