I don’t know what happened to this place in the last month but it has gone downhill quickly. Twice I had to wait more than 24 hours to get my prescriptions filled. The techs that were previously very nice are frazzled to the point of being rude. This Walgreens cannot handle the volume they have apparently. Now it is 24 plus hours again for a inhaler. I am done. Going to transfer my remaining refills to another pharmacy.

The Walgreens closest to our house has a super busy pharmacy so I tried this location out when our daughter had an RX for antibiotics. My typical luck, their System was acting up & causing delays. Kudos to the Staff though. They handled it with grace trying to calm an angry customer ahead of me. Customer Service was awesome in a rough situation. Polite & Friendly.

I HATE all Walgreens Pharmacies. I have had a Walgreens Pharmacist fired. These people, I swear, give them a little POWER and they so terribly abuse it. They will nit and pick and find anything to NOT LET YOU HAVE YOUR SCRIPT! The Walgreens Family ( I used to clean for them in Sailfish Point, FL..) should only know how many people get turned away and go elsewhere.

Went to Walgreen's and was amazed at the quality of service I received Yesterday on Christmas Eve. I mean even though it was Christmas Eve you would have never know those folks wanted to get out of there and go home. They took their time and helped me find what I was looking for and were polite and and very helpful. I think when one gets excellent customer service they should tell someone about it. Most if not all of us complain when we feel like we are not treated fairly so why not say something good about a company that does go out of their way. Walgreen's Port Saint Lucie rocks!!!!!
