Crickets for my Tarantula is the order of the day. They have "small" crickets for my sling, they are close and Jason was able to talk me down off the ledge when I was worried that my T is to small for these "small" crickets. He was super nice, knowledgeable and amenable. I go back every week or two. :) Thank you Pet Supermarket! You can trust me, why wouldn't you? ;D

Clean, friendly staff interactions whiles there. They had a good variety of treats for our cats (even freeze dried minnows) They also have cats for adoption

Always a great experience. Staff is so attentive and obviously all love pets! Jodi the trainer is exceptional! She's so good at working with the dogs and educating dog owners on safe and efficient solutions. Vet services and grooming seem to always be busy, which is a good sign.

The other night my husband and I went in to purchase a nice amount of stuff for my 5 gecko tanks and there were 3 customers in the store, my husband and I and 1 other person. No one approached us to see if we needed help so after 20 minutes of standing there clearly in sight I went and asked for assistance. I was told they would be right there. 45 minutes later we put down a couple of hundred dollars worth of lights, hide outs plants and thermometers and started to leave. As we were leaving one of the associates were coming in from outside. The store was clean, there was no one there.. No reason for us to have to wait that long.

I have no idea why this site has that photo. That being said, this location has a gorgeous dog wash station complete with soap, conditioner, towels and hair dryer for just $10.00! It's spotless clean and super convenient. Our 145lb Great Pyrenees was easily bathed there. They have 3 stations. The staff is wonderful as well. We will definitely be back!

This is actually a very nice store, with very nice people. They know their products well and were able to help me pick the right food for a super picky dog.. big success. They are also hosting many adoption events for the rescue organizations and are always nice and cheerful.

Would just like to comment what wonderful employees and Manager Erica and Assistant Manager Sandra are at this store. Always greet you with a smile and all very knowledgeable! Love all of them.
