Clean, friendly staff interactions whiles there. They had a good variety of treats for our cats (even freeze dried minnows) They also have cats for adoption

Always a great experience. Staff is so attentive and obviously all love pets! Jodi the trainer is exceptional! She's so good at working with the dogs and educating dog owners on safe and efficient solutions. Vet services and grooming seem to always be busy, which is a good sign.

The service was great but there was a fellow who was sarcastic and unkempt, he needed to bath comb his hair and put clean clothes on
