I had a setup a phone online, w/a number to transfer. Cust serv informed me I had to go to store to activate phone. When I went the store, I had seen 2 different reps @ 2 different times, & neither one was able to solve my problem. Having to go visit the store again, I was taken care of by Mr. Paul Laing who solved the issue immediately. He knew right away on what needed to be done and handled it very professionally. I could not believe how fast it took to solve an issue that reps on phone and in the store couldn't handle. At the same time he saved me money. Everyone go and see Paul Laing (ask for him) & you will see what I'm talking about! Thank you Paul! My #1 representative hands down!

I went to get help with my phone. David greeted me. Let me say he isn’t very customer service friendly. When I asked him about his approach he said he is a straight to the point guy. It’s ok to be straight to the point. I told him he was making me uncomfortable with his rudeness. He shrubed it off. Thaty could have gone wrong. He made no attempt to go above and beyond or be gentle with his approach. Maybe because I wasn’t buying. However, it ain’t good being rude and arrogant about being straight to the point. He was not hearing me because he was straight to the point so how can you help me if you’re not listening and being rude. He cut me off multiple times and I ask him not to but it seems to be his approach in handling customers. Being straight to the point is for home with your kids or when it’s needed in business but the way his approach was at the beginning of our conversation and throughout was not acceptable. I would not go back to this location to ever have to deal with arrogance. Again I understanding straight to the point f we all have to at some point but his straight to the point was unprofessional and at the wrong time. With a 3 star overall for this store amongst other customers reviews I can see why. Also after reading it appears I wasn’t the only customer to have a negative review with David and his customer service. Obviously the owners will apologize on the review but not sit with David because if he had then I being another customer after would not have had this encounter. I won’t say the store overall but David was enough for me to take my business to another Verizon store who appreciates and enjoys servicing the customers whether it was for help, a question, or to purchase. The fact that my phone was having issues I knew I needed a new phone but his rudeness sent me to another Verizon store and purchased a new phone.

The oriental lady that greeted my son and treated us like we were a bother, I wanted to add him to my account, she made no effort to help me in any way or even make me an offer, I have been a long time customer, I told her we would just go to my sons carrier, she showed no interest. I guess she was more interested in getting back to the male coworker and their conversation.

George is the Superman of all things cellular. He went above and beyond to solve my problems that would’ve been more work than the average representative would’ve cared to deal with. I’m grateful to have met him because he is someone I’d really prefer to always come back to anytime I need anything. Thank you George you’re the man!

Do not speak with David. He cannot multitask and comes across extremely rude. He will cut you off and state he cannot handle too many questions due to his being squirrel brained(his words not mine). I had hoped we wouldn't have him but sadly we ended up with him. He needs some re-training on customer service and speaking to his customers. It's sad that this is what you get at a corporate store.

My husband and I came in last week in attempt to buy 2 new iphones and get a new family line for us to be on together. Employee gave us a number to call and then vanished, about 10 minutes went by of us sitting on hold with the line without getting any help from the employee who vanished, basically led us to fend for ourselves. Ended up leaving and getting a Verizon rep online to take care of it, might as well not have an in-person store if you aren’t willing to actually help.

100% crooks. After 20 years im switching providers. Blatently lie and try to make you buy "best phone" "best plan" despite asking for the exact opposite. Scam of a place, save your money and timeWould give zero stars if i could

BUYER BEWARD DO NOT USE THIS STORE. The managers and assistant managers are dishonest, lie, and are terrible at their jobs. I have had to deal with them previously, because they were the closest store to my mother, and she too always said she found they gave her the poor service, with bad attitudes. A bunch of times, over the years, they would tell her that she could come in for help with her phones and basic Verizon tablets I gave her because she was a senior and not great with technology. But each time she came in, they were rude and refused to help her. They even told her several times that they used to have small classes to show older customers how to use the Verizon technology, but that they didn't have it anymore, and that she was out of luck. Also, several times, with me, she came in that store, some time ago, looking to buy an iPhone, because she thought the talking to the phone feature would be easier for her. And, on several occasions, their staff and managers, IN MY PRESENCE, got frustrated with her, and told her several times that the phone wasn't for her, even though she could have paid for it, and it would have been a big sale for Verizon and the St. Lucie West store. Now again, today, I was given a difficult attitude, by their managers and assistant managers they refused to help me, to help my very disabled brother, with getting his phone set up, which he needs in his new group home, which has no landline, as well, as his part-time job on top of SSI, that he is bused to with senior transportation. I am a large business holder for Verizon, for MANY, MANY YEARS. So, now my brother is moving to a new group home, where he knows no one, without a phone. My brother, who was born prematurely and somewhat disabled, did work part-time and lived in Title 19 housing there, working for a store. but had a bunch of strokes, two years ago, when he almost died, and lost his independence, at a young age, forcing him into a group home. However, just so you can all see that is a definite pattern for that store, before the strokes, my learning-disabled and dyspraxic brother, used to come in the store for help with using the phones, because he too had trouble with technology. And, each time he came info the St. Lucie West store, the staff and managers would get frustrated with him and discriminate against help by not helping him either, telling him he should pay for help on how to use a Verizon Flip Phone, somewhere else. And today, the Manager with a name that sounded somewhat like Terell, who most definitely said he was the manager, one of the assistant managers, and one of the workers were all rude and unhelpful to me, and THE MANAGER THEN HUNG UP ON ME. My mother, whom they used to treat rudely, died a few months ago, and I am her trustee and my brothers' Power of Attorney, my brother is still mourning the loss of our mother who lived right near him in Florida and is dealing with moving into a new group home today, without a phone, for something I had already spent hours setting up with Verizon off my business account that I have had for MANY YEARS, as well as having Verizon cell phones personally, as long as they are business, and I am HUNG UP ON THE STORE MANAGER. He needs to be fired, immediately. How dare he act like that! How dare his staff and workers act like that. Verizon customer service please check the records, because they were all working at that store, this morning 11-01-23.
