This is the absolute worst place to take your car I had a school bus hit me in a small car so it was pretty bad but still drivable but I took it into pat and he was nice and helpful then 3 weeks when my car was done I went to pick up and owner was not there but shop manager was and my car still had issues so I tried to go over them with him he said he under stood and it will be fixed the following Monday so I again went to pick up my car and it was exactly the same again I am very unhappy at this point as I live 20 min away one way so I wasted my 40 min 2 times and then I was told to come back in 2 days and it would be correct so I did and it was fixed but I also had other marks in my car now that I had to wait for them to try to get out and they couldn’t even get them all the way off so I gained more blemish marks now and my car was in perfect shape before. The owner pat is very rude and not helpful at all after he gets your business I even had to have the insurance company call because he would not fix what they payed him to fix very unprofessional and rude to say it in a nice way I would not send anyone there for any type of job. He just needs to retire at this point.

I had a couple of minor dings on a brand new 2023 car. I first went to get an estimate at Dyer body shop. The estimator took about 5 minutes and came back with a 2 page repair estimate which entailed many things I felt were going way overboard . All said they wanted thousands of dollars for a minor repair. I declined the fix and looked up a few more body shops in area. I came up with Vantazma and went over to talk to these folks. Being honest, when I first got there I almost left because the contrasts in looks between Dyer and Vantazma. I decided since I was there I'd get an estimate. The gentleman came out, took about 1 minute , and gave me a quote. The price was way better but still felt a bit nervous based on looks . I decided to proceed with job. Worst case I'd leave it with the repair which would look way better than the way it was. Boy, was I wrong. You know the phrase "looks can be deceiving" proved true for this place. I picked up car today and you can't tell the car ever had the dings. They matched the paint perfectly and there was no way anyone with a naked eye could see that this car is anything but perfect. They also detailed ENTIRE car . I do keep car clean as I wash it weekly but they took it up a level. Car looks showroom new. I'd like to fully recommend these folks for any repair. Don't walk in and feel any way because the place looks small in is in an area with many warehouses that have lots of junk around. This is a high quality establishment and I was treated very well and car is my pride and joy once again!!!!

Very unhappy with Pat at the body shop . We had work done that was covered by insurance and he charged me $300.00 more than the estimate he gave the insurance company . he still refuses to submit a new one in order for geico to reimburse me . I'm addition our bumper they fixed was missing all the screw that secured it .

I went for an estimate for some repairs on my vehicle and Pat the owner was very nice and understanding, with any issues you have with the car. He will work it out for you in order to get your vehicle repaired. Thanks Pat for all your help.

I went there for a quote because someone backed into me, while I was talking to him he wasn’t even looking at me. Then he laughed at the paint chip on my car and said it’s going to look a lot worse than that in six months. I’m not a young kid, I’m 34 and take care of my cars. This car is brand new and cost me nearly 50k so yes, I want to fix the paint chip.

These guys did a great job on my baby. I had significant body damage due to an accident. We got into an accident and were devastated even though it was just the fender and bumper. I have a hard time trusting mechanics after bad experiences with other places, especially as a young woman. We decided to give vantazma a try after calling a couple of places and getting the same excuse that it would take a few weeks to a month because of delays due to “Covid,” I never once hear that excuse from these guys. I went to this shop multiple times to fix the same issue, they were paid by the insurance company and billed them for the ac repairs! I currently have no AC and every light on the dash that can be on is on. they actually returned my car to me in worse shape than it was before, with things being wired backwards, not hooked up correctly, or not the correct parts being used. This company is an absolute scam!!!! set money on fire before spending it here! After almost a year of them saying my car was fixed, I had asked if they had fixed it and then continued to lie saying last time I check it was fixed. My radiator leaks I have no AC and every light on the dash is on they wore out all the signals in my car I've never been treated so badly by anyone in my life!

I highly recommend coming here for any needs that you have regarding bodywork for your car. These guys are professional and quick, and the pricing is extremely fair. I highly recommend Vantazma, they were so helpful, when my car was rear-ended and needed repairs. They gave me a free estimate and even talked me through what was probably going to happen on the insurance end of things, and they were right. It's not fun dealing with everything after a car accident, but these guys made it a bit easier to deal with.
