Just went in today in search of help to download/print importante information for me.
I was VERY LUCKY to be assisted by the manager herself, WANDA SOTO, who was absolutelly incredible; very helpfull, resoursable, with outstanding manners and a BIG smile.
This is the right person we shoud all have the privilage to meet and be assisted by in ANY business....: 10/10 is my score for her.

I have been a customer of UPS in Tradition for many years. They are a busy store yet they take care to help every time. The manager, Wanda is always helpful and no doubt knows the business. As a business owner, I have watched how she manages her employees and customers, multi tasking, yet extremely efficient and able to answer all my questions and offer suggestions when applicable. If you’re looking for a mailbox, shipping, help with your business promotions, I highly recommend Wanda and her staff.

Just curious if they ever considered changing the sign on the door that says they open on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. to say that they are actually closed on Sunday instead of having people standing there waiting for them to open and they do not if you want to be closed on Sunday that's fine but don't say you're open

This store was somewhat busy. The manager, Wanda, who was talking with a guy, yelled at her employees to have someone up front. The female who was looking for the package was letting her know what she was doing and Wanda rudely interrupted her saying, “I don’t care, it doesn’t take 3 people to look for a package!” I’m sorry but if I’m a customer and a package of mine was missing I’d want people to help find it. Maybe instead of talking to this guy about her Columbia trip and how WhatsApp was all that worked for her, there would be more help up front. It was absolutely unprofessional and rude to talk like that in front of customers. That’s not how you talk to your employees. She went back to talking and didn’t bother helping. The man could have waited and she could have helped.
