Ana Martinez hands down the best!!!I went in for an acne facial and with one session she left me looking 10 years young and my acne less visible. Definitely going back to her.

I love Ulta but this store doesn't carry Benefit brand, but they will order it for you online.Helpful and friendly staff.

I wish they had a more thorough screening process for their stylists, or were more transparent about their abilities. Maybe have the newer girls be supervised. I have an appointment tomorrow to get my hair fixed elsewhere after I had an appointment at this salon a couple weeks ago. I went in for a full highlight, tone, root blend, and cut. The stylist was obviously very young and very new, she even asked while she was foiling if it was taking her longer than it normally would. I was immediately nervous. She was doing huge sections straight back. It took her so long to foil that by the time she finished, she was almost immediately taking it all out to rinse, which meant the back didn’t sit as long. I asked for money pieces and she gave me two 2000s chunky highlights that I had to ask her to try to fix. It seemed like this request threw her time off so she was rushing to finish. Instead of being honest with me and saying she was running low on time and trying to find a solution, she didn’t let my toner sit and immediately took me to shampoo. I should have stopped her, which is my mistake. I also asked for a trim, long layers and face framing. She trimmed my hair straight across the back and did some half as* face framing. So, needless to say, my hair is yellow on top, unevenly chunky and just altogether not great looking. I tipped her well and went on my way because everyone has to start somewhere. I just want her to learn from this experience and to warn others from using anyone other than a master stylist when you get your hair done at an Ulta.

I had a wonderful and professional experience with Kaitlyn who took the time to identify the best foundation for my skin tone and undertone that I have ever been introduced to in 40 years. She was patient knowledgeable, courteous and methodical in her dedication to me as a customer. I will go back again and to this Ulta for my beauty needs.

I've had the best customer service experience thus far at this store today by Karina "Operations Manager". She went out of her way to help me place an order, and apply a coupon and my credits from my account. While the situation was overwhelming, she remained calm and positive. She went as far as getting IT and Customer Service on the phone to explore all of the options available to resolve the issue and ended up fixing the issue herself ; while managing the store and attending to her co-workers. She exhibited all the great qualities and skills of an Ops Manager( Exceptional Leadership, Analytical, Interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills). Thank you Karina, for your willingness to help , resourcefulness and knowledge in this subject matter. Thanks to you, I was able to purchase my Christmas present in time. Happy Holidays!
