You ever been to an Ulta, paid, realized the product was damaged, but didn’t wanna go back bc the people were so rude so you just take the L? Yeah this place is like that. I just went to another Ulta to return my stuff.

Miss Barbara does a great job at this store! She is so pleasant to deal with and this is the only Ulta I will shop at in the tri county area because of her and the staff here. Everyone is so accommodating and helpful! Love this store so much

My girlfriend had a haircut scheduled with Rachel I and it was horrendous terribly uneven. She went back next day, and was with Crystal who immediately noticed the haircut was uneven and done poorly. Crystal was fantastic fixed it and my girl is happy now, when she asked about receiving a refund for the original haircut she was told to the salon manager would have to decide that. We touched base with the salon manager this afternoon and was told that because she received a second haircut to fix the issue that she couldn’t get a refund then promptly hung up when we asked for her name. I’m am happy they fixed the issue, BUT stand by your product and make the refund for the inconvenience (either cash or store credit she shops there plenty). Do not get your haircut by Rachel I.

I kept being given advice on my problems without asking for it, which obviously seems so passive. I have acne and I was in this location for things that had nothing to do with my skin yet I kept getting unwanted advice that just made me feel horrible. Here’s a tip: don’t give advice if it’s not requested. I understand if it’s an Ulta and it’s their job to give advice but it’s not their job to passively give me advice I’ve heard a million times, mind your business I can talk to my derm about it with no problem.

No client should be going home sobbing over their hair cut. Yet it keeps happening to me.
Someone needs to figure out why stylists are in such a rush. the cuts feel careless and once you see it it's too late to fix. Before the cut I expressed "please cut my bangs so they sit on my eyebrows or past them, I don't like when it's above my eyebrows,, and what happened? once again i've walked out with bangs an inch above my eyebrows. How does that happen? How does the hair dresser acknowledge what you said and do the polar opposite ? it is careless and laziness. this is now the second time this has happened to me with my bangs and third if you count a hair cut i was miserable with, informed I could come in for FREE to get it fixed, and then charged $10 to get it fixed anyways, my keratin is always done well, but I should never feel this way over a hair cut after clearly and fully expressing exactly what I want, and it being attainable, and not unrealistic. Please tell me how, the first photo is how I asked for my bangs cut, and exactly what I want, and how I walked out with the second photo. i’d love for a manager to call me and discuss refunding my money. edit: 1 week later, manager has not contacted me, and the bangs are still way too short. is it normal to have to wait 2 weeks after a hair cut for your hair to be where you wanted it when you got it cut?

I work in customer service full time with long and wonky hours. So usually I only get one day off a week. Since I work so much in customer service I know that the way they treated me was not how you treat a customer. I had 15 different occasions of employees rushing me and having an attitude with me as soon as I walked in the door. I chose my one day off to have a shopping day at Ulta and the workers attitudes were terrible. I personally would never treat a customer like that and I almost walked out without purchasing but I did not want to wait any longer on my 100 dollars worth of items. Overall bad experience.

Once again Cindy at the Clinique counter saved the day. I was in need of a new blush. Mine had broken that morning. She found me a perfect shade. She also showed me a new eyebrow pencil in my shade. Cindy is so knowledgeable about Clinique products. I never go anywhere else for skin care or makeup!
