Mom drinks a half can of Bacardi Rum Punch cocktail (slightly LESS rum than a diet coke) for her "happy hour" every night. So we stock up. Sometimes it's hard to find. Recently Target and Walmart are completely out, up and down the coast. We've been rationing her. I've been really scouring to find some and finally Total Wine pops up with 'availability' at the St Lucie West store. Sometimes Walmart says they have it but don't. So when I walked in I asked the manager up front if he knew it was in stock. He walked with me over to 7 boxes of it. I told him it had been hard to find for several weeks so I was taking all of it. He helped me bring them to the front. Then said (without my asking) that he would match Walmart's price. Who on earth matches Walmart's price?! Fabulous. That was the only thing bothering me - the $2 price difference per 4 cans. Don't expect them to discount everything in the store, but if you're looking for friendly customer service it's here.

Whatever you are looking for, this store has it with the best on-line and in store discounts. I'm use to driving to their location in Jensen Beach, what a convenience!

First time in here with my brother and sister. What an awful experience. Donna’s attitude at the register was beguiling. Not only was she incredibly rude, but she didn’t even bother to say hello to us when we walked up to the register. I guess because I look young, (I’m 27) instead of saying “hello” with a smile, she immediately said “I’m gonna need to see her ID RIGHT now. His ID too. All your ID’s” with the absolute snarkiest attitude. I passed her my ID and she analyzed it for about 10 minutes (no need) with that kind of attitude towards customers, id rather go to another store. A simple “hello” with a smile would’ve been nice. I don’t care if asking for ID is part of your job. I have no issue providing my ID. You could’ve asked in a nicer manner.

Many choices for non- alcoholic beer.But I wish there was a way to sample the non alcoholic Spirits. I spent $25 & the brand Ritual ,whiskey substitute, was UNDRINKABLE!

Good customer service, but I tried to order items they didn't have and they never called to let me know if they could get them in. Update they did get the item in and called me to let me know.

Total Wine and more is a great all-around alcohol store because they stock everything from spirits to wine to anything you can think of that involves in making an alcoholic drink. As far as variety, they have everything. Just make sure you get there early so you can stock up on everything because they are not open that late. I find this inconvenient sometimes because the people who I drink with seem to always need more alcohol late evening and total wine is not open late evening, but as far as selection, thank you never had a problem and that is why I gave total of my four stars.

My husband was looking for a hard to find scotch and wasn't sure that he'd be able to find it but they actually had two that he was looking for and the wine I bought is cheaper here than at Publix. Friendly and helpful staff

They just opened this location. And hired and employee that have a POOR attitude and no patience. We spoke she didn’t speak back. Not only that instead of helping us she stood there fondling with something and not paying NO attention to what was going on , on her register. I had to bring it to her attention that something was wrong and she had a little attitude she snatched my family card out of his hand and looked at him over her glasses as if my family did something wrong. Then had her name badge covered so you can’t see her name .

There's a Wine by my Name: "Angeline" that is carried here. The Manager even has a Manager's Favorite Pic on it's Shelf. I already had the Pino Grigio at Home, so collected the others. All of them are very good, I recommend all of them. Find your favorite let me know which one it is.
