Worst experience!!!I first called to ask questions because the website wasn’t clear. I was spoken to in the most condescending way, kept getting cut off, finally got my questions asked and answered and the guy me told to make the reservation online and he told me exactly what to do. When my guy showed up for pickup the price was totally different than the price on the reservation plus the tip I had asked about was extra $, but the original guy never mentioned that. So we get it worked out and do the rental. He gets to the job gets all set up and the tool doesn’t work, now he hast to pack up and go all the way back to get another tool. He was able to use the second tool for a while but then it broke he took that one back and got a third tool, and that one would only turn on for a few minutes at time and kept shutting off. I call because I don’t want to pay for this rental as it’s been a complete waste of time, I get disconnected four times it takes me over 20 minutes to speak to somebody, yet again they are rude and keep cutting me off. The tool rental guy has been beyond rude and said my guy is a liar and broke the tools, kept repeating the full rental price. When I explained I didn’t feel that was right because of all issues he said I could call a store manager if I want. I called back and spoke to a manager who was understanding and helpful in getting us a more reasonable cost considering all the trouble.

one exit up tradition Home Depot ,they are not rude to customers. manager with the Long fake hair is the rudest. Bought plants and before I could get them loaded, people took them and cart boy said they had them on their cart. that was a flat out lie showed my receipt, cart boy let them have them even though I paid for them. manager with fake hair told me I did not have the right receipt. I guess was the wrong skin color. If you wanted customer service go one exit down . I will never step in that store again. join me go to Gatling store they appreciate you there and not treated like shit

We ordered new shades for our home in March before we left to go back up north for the summer knowing we would come back to have them installed. Both Mitch (salesperson) and Rita (installation coordinator) with Home Depot were excellent. We set an appointment for Tuesday June 27 and made the trip back to Florida. When Tuesday afternoon arrived we followed up with Absolute Interiors (Home Depot's subcontractor) and they said our appointment had been canceled with no explanation as to what happened and an attitude of not caring. That created a wasted day for us. They set us back up for Thursday forcing us to change our schedule and the installation was substandard. The installation guys were very nice but made it clear to us that we were fit in to their schedule. Two of the windows clearly were measured wrong as to butt the headrails together they had to put them back in the sill exposing the old shade holes. All of the other shades were installed properly giving a professional finish. I called Absolute Interiors and after a week of not even giving the courtesy of a response I followed up with Home Depot and they were nice enough to offer paint and paint supplies to cover the old holes. If you get shades from Home Depot you should specify you do not want them to use Absolute Interiors for the installation.

I have never Been so disrespected in my life , I went shopping with my 6 year old twin niece an nephew , as i purchase and check out with a cashier , as were walking out the store an employee name Christine grab my bag out my hand and violated my space , it could have been as simple as speaking or asking a question, she wanted to make sure I payed for a candy which I did but instead but instead of asking she violated me and just snatch my bag out of my hands . we just moved to Port St. Lucie this is our neighborhood's Home Depot but after being racially profiled and embarrassed , people really need to treat others with respect .

The table set to honor the fallen Soldier on Memorial Day was awesome. When an overwhelming number of businesses and homeowners in our community failed to display our American Flag on their premises, your acknowledgement was heartwarming. Thank you so very much.

Bought my new ( Chinese Made Grill ) and got it home and spent an hour trying to scrape all the stickers from the until.Got everything hooked up and the regulator is faulty. Had to swap out the regulator from my fire pit to use my POS grill. So tired of all this garbage sold to us. If I am going to buy this trash, I'll at least order it on Amazon, so I don't have to wait in line, walk through the piles of trash in the parking lot and then have to check myself out at the register.

I FOUND THE SECRET ! !Go to Home Depot when you've got 6 hours to complete a job that requires 12 minutes. This will afford you 8 hours of looking for an employee that'll actually help. Your first 4 hours will be invested in HD employees either 'not working in this department' or 'on my way to lunch' The other 3+ hours will be spent downing a fifth of Jagermeister in utter frustration as to why the FFFF it just took you 4 hours to buy a door knob.

Bought washer dryer on Black Friday-- huge cluster- damaged dryer arrived - replacement backordered for a month-- service gave me $150 satisfaction credit--so I upgraded to available dryer that was $300 more--- BUT they applied the credit to the damaged dryer I don't have--so would only refund $400 of my $650 dryer - after hours trying to resolve I threw in the towel since it was the only way to cancel the original dryer--- Completely Irrational/ refused to do the math- kept insisting I didn't pay what the bill clearly says I did.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! As a final insult-- I have to go back to the store in a couple days to get the $400 applied to my card!!

If anyone is considering purchasing the warranty protection plan from Home Depot, DON'T!!!! It has been three months since my sister and I started a claim for our GE washer, and we have been given the run around this whole time instead of solutions. Home Depot connected us with two separate service companies, the first company of which closed the claim without any notification or solution. This current company, A1 has ordered parts after parts and said that they have tried to inform Home Depot that the machine is not worth fixing, but they insist that the company continue working on the machine. We have stated our frustration with this entire process to Home Depot protection plan, but they act like they understand or care, but they really don't! Instead, we are left with empty promises and dropped calls with no attempts from the team to phone us back. Our call logs can show how many times we have tried to get this machine fixed or replaced under the warranty and to no avail. It appears we need to take legal action and or contact the news to have our voices heard. My sister is a single mom, who works in the healthcare field, has two school aged children and an elderly mom for whom she needs the convenience of the washing machine in the home. This has also been explained, but there has been no urgency and or interest in resolving the matter. They assumed that a $50 gift card would suffice, when a load of laundry can be $5.00 or more to wash, plus dry. Home Depot have wasted so much time trying to fix an unfixable machine, than trying to appeal to the needs of their customer. This situation has therefore, caused a lot of stress on my family both emotionally and mentally. We are unsure of how much more we can do on our end to resolve this issue. At this point we have lost faith in warranty programs and or purchasing anything else from Home Depot!!!

Cari in the appliance department is amazing! After a less than stellar experience across the street, she made buying a new washer SO easy! Mitch, our cashier in lawn and garden, is also fabulous!

So I've definitely had mixed emotions about Home Depot in the past, but my last experience made me go on here and comment because the individual was just so kind, knowledgeable, and really listen to what I wanted and placed me with some great companies they outsource to for storm coverage, windows, and they're coming out to measure my front door for a new one. That's more safe and secure. Thank you so much and I really look forward to working with the vendors. I hope they're as Good and a great experience as I've had with you all so far. Just moved to the area and have been here less than a month. I also have some people coming out tonight to test the water and I get a free gift card since I just moved to the area and bought a home. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome and again look forward to my future experiences

Don’t go there looking for your military discount. If you don’t download their app you no longer count. I asked the lady , what if you don’t have a smart phone? She answered oh well!!! Thanks for your service was something that wasn’t said. Home Depot is also becoming woke!!!

The workers at the tool rental portion of this home depot are idiots. They refuse to help and literally know nothing. Taking my business to Lowe's across the street.
