“Excellent service shop! I had my 2016 Corvette Stingray serviced yesterday and was very pleased with the service. The waiting room is very clean and offers comfortable seating, coffee, and a clean restroom while you wait.
The service took approximately 1hr for an oil change and brake check. No additional services/repairs were recommended and the price was great!. Josh, the service manager even took pictures of my drivers door jamb to notify me of possible paint damage. Upon my inspection I noticed it was wax and promptly removed. It's nice to have a service shop pay that much attention to my vehicle.
I highly recommend this business.”

Somehow my appointment was not put in, however , they were able to accommodate me .
For the FIRST TIME EVER I didn’t feel like I was gonna get ripped off or charged for services I didn’t need !!
Plus , tire rotation was included in my price of $59 and change !!!!!
Everywhere else I’ve gone has been $90 or more for oil change and no tire rotation , no air in my tires , no extras .

Went in for tires, he got his buttocks handed to him. Rust basically weld the rim to the hub.pounded with sledge for an hour. No extra charges, I offered, but was denied

“I changed my spark plugs myself last night. It was late when I finished and when I started the car the check engine light came on. I didn’t have time to see what the code was. I had my mother bring the car by empire this morning and John checked it out. I guess I forgot to plug in the throttle body. lol. Like I said it was late. Anyways John reconnected for us free of charge and sent us on our way. I will definitely be using him in the future. It’s rare these days for someone to just help you out. Thanks John. I will definitely see you next time!!!”
“Honest! When a "mobile" mechanic charged us for repairing an A/C issue with no results, a 2nd shop made an appt for me to show up to find out they didn't even have a state licensed mechanic on duty doing repairs(st lucie tire) I took my car here. Within a few hours I had a diagnosis and repair. Picked up my car and had amazing cold air!!! Almost a year later my A/C went out again. I took it back to see what when wrong this time. After recharging with refrigerant a week later we were able to detect the leak. The part replaced previously failed. While still under the 12 month warranty I was over the miles by a little bit. They still replaced the part at no charge !!!! Communication was excellent and repairs were made quickly. During the 2nd repair I showed up a little early to pick up the car. They were finishing up knowing I had a work video call to be on. They offered me a private office to take the call!!! They understand their customers have things going on and will do anything to accompany. Thank you for your honest work!!!!!”

“OK for a guy who absolutely hates auto repair Shops Period I recently took in my BMW This shop and they were absolutely fantastic!!! A quarter the price I was quoted at Bmw and instead of waiting three weeks for it to get completed. They were done the next day. Damn, I’m so impressed and believe it or not. The price came in lower than what they quoted me. When does that happen, I highly recommend this facility”

“This place is the best. Team is very friendly and professional. I got in trouble with my tires. All 4 tires low on air and 2 of my tires were super bad, got nails/screws in it in both. All other places i went on Saturday and Sunday refused to take me in to help to fix my tires. I was told i need to schedule an appointment and wait at lease 3-4 days. I called this place “Tire Choice Auto Service” on Sunday, right before closing time and person over the phone said “come over and we will fix it for you” Wow. I was 10 minutes away. I showed up. They checked all four tires and fixed 2 of them. Amazing. Highly recommend this place.

I just took my truck for an oil change and to replace a tire sensor (which I had already gotten a quote for from another place) and Total Tire got the job done and at a fraction of the cost.
