Said they were going to be open at 9am for U-Haul rentals . Showed up and they were closed all day , spoke with the manager and was basically told that we had to cancel because he wasn’t coming in . Even though the hours of operation say 9am-7pm on Saturdays

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE OVERNIGHT. I do NOT recommend this place at all. I had ZERO car problems. Car was serviced three weeks prior. Spent $420 on tint and when I got my car back, my check engine light was on, my radio mysteriously stopped working along with my A/C and my TRAC was off. Contacted them regarding the issues and they acted like all they did was tint the car. MY BATTERY IS BRAND NEW.

When I tell you.. black business owner got to do better with the way there customers are treated you're giving an attitude because they didn't get something.. no respect with the way they talk to you and then when you return the same energy that they're giving you it's a problem.. customers is what make your business run customers is what make it to where you're able to provide for your family and your business we need to start holding people accountable for bad customer..... I hate taking my money somewhere where you got to deal with somebody with an attitude when they're wrong or if they don't want to come into work today

DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING! Terrible tint job. He recommended 5% even though I told him I didn’t want it too dark. He did a terrible job with it and left a lot of bubbles in the tint. He only did half the windows and told me to come back for the rest. I’ve been back there several times and can’t hold of the guy and he refuses to answer by phone. Everyone else that works there say they. can refund me my money.

I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. He did half of my widows and they look terrible. He didn’t finish the job and refuse to return my money. He won’t answer my calls or text. Go anywhere but here.

Local pickup location for online orders from Wish. Staff hardly there even during advertised hours and Wish orders haphazardly tossed on floor and table. Just not a very customer oriented place to be. Recommended to Wish to cease using them.

This is a review of their customer service and UHaul rental service. I have never had my windows tinted here. As far as our move goes, Paula at Tint Citi helped me SO much! We moved on Black Friday, and it was very hard to find a 10-ft truck going interstate on Thanksgiving. Paula kept in touch with me when I placed the order, assuring me she’d have the truck. She sent updates and made sure the equipment was there as ordered and on time. My move went so much more smoothly with Paula’s help! They have boxes and supplies here too.

Took my brand new Mercedes to get tinted. As a black man I wanted to support another black business. Biggest mistake, they scratched my windshield and my side moulding. The tinting on my back windows have to be redone, as they were cut crudely. I brought it up the owners attention and he informed me he would not pay for the damages. I wanted to get mad but it’s a lesson learned.

Was trying to get my tint done fast so i looked over the reviews , i get told i can get it done same day $160 , so i show up come in and wait a good near hour for someone to ask why i was there. I told them i called about the tint , then i finally got to fill out what i wanted , then after another 20 or so minutes he says ok i’ll get you after this lady , so after being here for around 4 ish hours it’s done , he brings the car around front i get in and notice it’s foggy creased , and even has some bubbles , i ignorantly decided to just think it would go away with time , the bubble has now popped after being rolled down (yes long after the 3 day wait) there’s creases, it’s completely pulled up on the bottom and the top , and there’s bubbles all around , i called in to try and get it redone , and i got a picture of what i had done as the guy asked , and then after calling got told to bring it in , sure , once i show up 8 minutes later , the doors locked and the phone isn’t picking up ?, i called the number on the card and the shop both with no answer, i’ll have to keep trying until i get something i guess, just unprofessional to say the least.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I can never find them open even though they're open six days a week good luck on finding them open if I can actually get there when they're open even though they say they're open early in the morning till late at night I go there on days they say open they're closed I called them I got a guy telling me don't cuss at me I haven't cussed at him I just want to know when I can get there.
