I visited for the first time today. I was only needing a quality band for my vintage Timex. I was greeted warmly. So friendly and helpful. The shop was intimate and there were many cases with stunning higher end pieces. Timex is essentially a 'poor man's' watch but in no way did it affect their dealings with me. Very down to earth. The choice of bands was plentiful and the the quality was excellent. I am so pleased.

I had taken some diamond that I had and was not wearing and they made a beautiful necklace for me.I always get my watch batteries there. They are so nice and friendly. The prices are very reasonable. I have been going there for 7 years. I love the family.

I took my Longines watch there for repair, as the back fell off and water had gotten in. I had the battery replaced a few months ago somewhere else and they had not secured the back properly. Thankfully it appears the battery was no good and the new one is working fine! Great friendly people. I definitely would recommend for any watch repairs!
