After owning one of these sheds for a couple years here's what I know. The shed initially seemed fairly well built, though the door is pretty flimsy. And from new I found lizards are always getting in somehow. Every time I enter there's several lizards in there having the run of the place and leaving excrement all over everything. The ridges of the roofline seem to be sealed, but the ridges of the siding where it meets the corners, windows & door seem to be not properly sealed and allows easy entrance for critters. That's hundreds of openings. Very annoying and a big project to fix.Another thing is these sheds easily start looking very ugly. I don't know if it's the type of siding, I guess it's vinyl, but it easily accumulates mold and what. I have to clean the sides of my house occasionally but outdoor house paint doesn't seem to accumulate grime nearly as much as the shed. Be prepared to spend a day scrubbing & washing the shed once a year. Takes me a couple hours, though mine is a large shed.

Above and beyond service. The process was very smooth and easy. Theresa helped out with all the paper work for my elderly parents. Not only that, the door was a bit sticky and she came twice, replaced the door knob and plates.This is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you, Theresa for your time and patience. My parents are very happy with their new “casita”.

First time shed buyer/user person here! I had no experience and tend to get too in the weeds when trying to venture out with researching a new purchase. I walked in and was greeted with patience and all the support I could've dreamed of! Instead of just assuming I knew what I wanted and why I needed a shed, the owner sat down with me when I let her know I had no idea the things I don't know about sheds. She began asking me what my needs were versus my wants and then walked me thru suggestions, ideas and ultimately made my purchase. I did go to two other shed places in the area and between the value and support I received, there was no question. Best experience ever! I will only use this company going forward!

These people are no strangers to customer service. They went above and beyond, although I have a Superior Shed. Superior Shed would not help me, they do not support their sheds after 2 years. The Shed Shop offer lifetime support.
