TD Bank in general is a disaster, credit card lacks the ability to dispute a charge on-line. Any other bank CC allows the customer to dispute or question a charge on-line and 9 times outa 10 resolve the issue. Not TD Bank, you have to call, speak with some fooland then nothing happens, nothing. I even visited the "bank", spent an hour with a young guy, who tried to resolve the mistake, their mistake and nothing resolved. Once it is fixed, if ever, I will cancel account and never deal with these people again. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely the worst bank in history!! Have had this bank less than a month and everything I try and do in my account turns to sh*t. I've been a bookkeeper for 41 years and have held many bank accounts but this bank has no clue how to manage their accounts. They lock you out of your account, put it on hold and then tell you they don't know why it's on hold and then tell you to come to the bank to get it unlocked!!! No wonder it's always empty!!!!

Hope you don't get fraud against your account with this bank. Even with proof that the signature isn't yours and multiple things that show you didn't put fraud checks into your account they will still not fix it for you. Don't use ATM or use online banking because I don't know how it happened and they don't care. I'm not over 2000 negative in my account and "there's nothing they can do". Worst decision in a bank that I have done. I can't even work my 2010 MacBook how the did I do this stuff against my account. And then they said I didn't report the fraud right away when I did. I'm over this bank.

This bank sure is for the customer..... I have nothing but good things to say about it and it's staff.... They are very helpful with any problem you have

For us they are unmatched. We have never had a banking prroblem, the staff is always courteous & helpful, and when we call we get a real person. Online banking is super easy to use.
