I went for a gel manicure yesterday 7/12/24. Ryan did a TERRIBLE JOB. He did not ask me and immediately started cutting my nails which were a length I wanted. He was rushing with my manicure to get to a customer that walked in. He did not properly remove my cuticles. He massaged my hands to a put where it hurt. I have had bad manicures in the past but this was the absolute worst. I will never return to this salon again.

I normally only go here for pedicures and an overlay but their nail techs are so basic and don’t do new designs. For my pedicures though I been going to the same person for over 2 years and never no complaints. I go faithfully every two weeks and whether I make an appt or not I’m seen within a matter of minutes. I just wish they had late hours on the weekends.

I've been coming here for years only for pedicures and it's always a long wait. I booked my appointment for one o'clock today and was 5 minutes late with traffic. Of course they didn't wait, they asked me to wait 40 minutes for the next pedicure. They do not care about customer loyalty. Just the money.

Back when I was a police officer, I developed an ingrown toe nail. It was so painful that I took a lunch and went to the ER. They cut it out and wrapped it up. The bill was 5000$. From then on @15 years I have been going to Sunset Nails to see Niki and she has kept my feet in excellent shape and it's only cost me 35$ Great place, Great people, Niki, Tom, Lilly!

Everytime I go there I get the same lady she's nice and but she needs a little more experience with polishing I noticed after my nails Dry they will streaky and bubbly

I didn’t get what I want. I show the picture of the effects first and they proceeds to do my nails. But they never did what I want, after they finished then told me that didn’t have the effect there!Good job but not happy

If you like to feel degraded, and very down on yourself at the end of a spa treatment that I would highly recommend coming here. I was looking for a nice afternoon to myself. Just wanted a basic pedicure. Mostly because I couldn't afford much more than that but also, I didn't need anything fancy. Not only was I upgraded to a deluxe pedicure, but I was also essentially told that I will ruin my toes, if I do not get gel polish. I felt so uncomfortable the entire duration of my pedicure that I contemplated asking him to stop so I could leave. My $45 pedicure included minor work on my toenails, scrubbing of my feet, and a mango scented lotion. There was absolutely no massage, and a slight scolding from the Overly heated hot towels he wrapped around my feet. I should've known as soon as I walked in once the entire place was completely empty that this was a horrible idea, but I was just hoping that since it was in the middle of the day, possibly it was a slow time for them. $55 later and let me tell you I will never step foot in this place again. A note to the owners. I'm selling is great for that current moment for extra money. But you lose a customer. My $30 pedicure hadn't been done correctly and with good service could've turned into a $30 pedicure every month. Instead it was bumped up to the $45 pedicure and you lost a customer for life. Please keep in mind that people have different budgets and don't really like to be tormented while coming out for a spa treatment.

After not even a week their cheap nails fell off my one finger so I went back so he can put another & the guy at the front desk offered to do it for me. He didn’t add a tip when I told him hey I have tips he ignored me & continued to put acrylic on my nail then I stopped him & told him hey this is wrong he got up started shouting & told me to get up & that the other guy next to him will fix it! That’s when I got up & left. I will never go back & I don’t recommend anyone to go back!!Service: Acrylic nails
