Needed copies and a fax. The woman behind the counter Rainwas really nice and helpful. I wish their fax prices were more competitive but aside from that I was able to get my project completed

I put an order in and I called to see if I really had to wait until 8:30pm for pickup and they said yes, however I got there earlier and it was ready. Just to copy 54 pages!! I put the order in before midnight the night before, I thought that was a little bit slow.

Very friendly staff. Moreover, very helpful! The only reason I am giving at 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the selection. But then again I would say that that's probably the problem for most brick and mortar stores these days...

Worst customer service EVER. Seriously, every time I go in here. The employees are animatronics. My kids and I make funny jokes when we leave because I’m so friendly and they just stare at me. It’s always me saying, “Thank you have a nice day.” And, I guess they don’t hear me. Who knows. Horrible experience.

Terrible service. The woman working the copy center with the pigtails ,(not cute) told me it would take a long time to laminate 7 papers. I worked for staples and I know that’s not true. And keep chomping that gum like a cow in your customers faces. Very professional. Then the cashier was rude and didn’t know anything. Where’s Office Depot ?

I was at the self print station and in way deep over my head. Lea was super helpful and offered to take the project to her desk. I was printing a document for an important job interview and she made it look absolutely stunning. Thanks Lea!

Needed to print a document for an appointment. It was fast and easy. I emailed the document to their secure email address, got conformation, input the confirmation number on the printer and boom out the door. Less than 5 minutes was great!

The printing team took care of my business cards and they came out great! They went the extra mile and got me a couple of flyers printed out in various sizes too! I will continue to do business with them for sure.?

This is the worst and nastiest place to use the bathroom. It is unfit for any human and workers plus public. My wifewent in their and almost threw up. I use it also every time leading me to believe that this is normal in this place. Should be shut down and condem.

I came in this morning to get a wireless projector for a presentation. They weren't where they have been in the store for years so I asked the cashier if they were still carried in the store. She didn't know. What? So I wandered around the store looking and found where they had been moved to. There were no tags so I returned to the cashier and asked if they are in stock or if they have to be ordered online. She didn't know. She said, "probably." What? You know or you don't. She tried calling the manager, who never answered. Another manager walked by and said he didn't want to come near me because he was sick. And he didn't know if they had projectors, either. No one even wanted to find out if they had them. It was truly a mystery no one wanted to solve. This is how you run a business? No one knows anything. I was very disappointed. Very inefficient and a wasted trip to the store. I told them they needed to get their act together. As a business owner, this is not how you create a raving fan culture.
