Called at 12:20 for a blue print order. Lady on the phone was abrupt and kept telling to use the online order form. I mentioned I needed the today and she kept saying go on line and order. I went on line downloaded the files filled out all my information to place order and you cannot get same day if you order after 12pm. Really? What a waste of my time! She singlehandedly lost my business and will never go to staples for anything again.

Went to Staples in St Lucie West and as soon as I walked in I was offered assistance. I didn't even have to look for someone to help me. The associate was knowledgeable and helpful.

Needed copies and a fax. The woman behind the counter Rainwas really nice and helpful. I wish their fax prices were more competitive but aside from that I was able to get my project completed
