A PHONE CALL...All it would have taken to save a lot of WASTED TIME! I showed up for a scheduled appointment and, because of the lack of staff, they were unable to service leaving me in a horrible position. SOMEONE KNEW the Staffing dilemma and never once looked at the schedule to see what was reasonably feasible. A PHONE CALL... would have allowed me to call around and at least make some arrangements. Instead, I wait patiently and respectfully only to be disrespected.

Mechanic was awesome
I have an rv apparently from snow area.
Went in for tires, he got his buttocks handed to him. Rust basically weld the rim to the hub.pounded with sledge for an hour. No extra charges, I offered, but was denied
I tipped mechanic for killing it

I have always had good luck with the people at SLBT on Hancock.
Manny and the guys have been especially helpful with the past repair.
I'm sure that if I have any more problems with anything, I will bring my car to SLBT.

I appreciate your service getting my tires done. This is my third time going to them a different reason. Appreciate the service was that too much of a long wait good place to go for your tire and all auto care.——-It’s been a one year ago I came to the same location with two nails in my tires and they fix it and it last this long driving all the way to Greensboro North Carolina once I’m back. I really think it didn’t patch my tire. I’m having it lost that long.
