This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. I was in the area and decided to give Sparkle a try and was extremely disappointed. I purchased the Ocean Breeze car wash which includes the interior and my interior was still very dusty. My windshield was very greasy and worse from when I brought it in. The exterior was also still dirty. Seems like everyone that works here hates their job. I will never be back.

Why is it that when I lived in NY (north of Manhattan) I could get my car hand washed by an actual person 362 days a year until 7 pm. Now I live in Florida and nobody works after 5. Another great example of people not wanting to do any more than they have to.

Brought my truck in yesterday and while service wasn’t bad I left my prescribed medical marijuana Pen in my vehicle and when I got it back it was no where to be found.
I brought this to their attention very respectfully not accusing anyone of anything and the best the lady could offer me was “they wouldn’t have moved or taken anything” without doing anything to resolve the issue. This is a set medical prescription that you only get a certain amount of a month so this has me extremely upset. Would rate 0/5 if I could.

For $29 I assuaged my guilt over my much-needed filthy car. It's hard enough keeping the house clean!
When I pulled up and apologized that my air conditioning was out, they had me open the hood. I told them I had gotten an estimate for $1,000 because the compressor was shot. Manuel (I am sorry I forgot before, Manuel) said that it looked fine and to try changing the seals and add freon.
A friend of mine did just that and I have air conditioning for $50!!!!!
Anyway, I'm so grateful for an excellent inside and outside cleaning and for the wonderful concern of their team.

Did good job on cleaning but never sprayed air freshener which was included. My sister went there few days later spoke to man who checks u in And told him about my experience. He states they don't do fragrance unless u ask for it because people have allergies. She told him she wanted fragrance but never got it. Sounds like cutting corners to me?

I left my wallet in my glove box when i got my car washed and they stole all the money from it (150$). When I went back to get my money back that they stole they said there’s no cameras so they couldn’t get my money back. DONT GO HERE THEY STEAL

My car was loaded with love bugs which I tried to get off myself. My friend recommended This car wash. I have to say, the man who did my car did a terrific
Job, it looked brand new, still looks great. I WILL be going there again with no hesitation.

On Sunday, March 24 of this year, I took my car to have it washed with details on the seats, as I know the process takes hours, I waited about 3 hours. Patiently. My car was badly washed, and the door of my car was banged and scratched. I made several complaints, I took the car in twice (they washed it again) but I'm still waiting for answers.
They damaged my vehicle and I'm still waiting for a solution . They tried to say that I hit my car when I entered, they saw the cameras and no, that's not how it was, even though they saw that the scratch was fresh, recent.
I took the car in for an estimate to fix the damage, which they suggested, and the owner sent the manager to offer me a gift card for a free wash, seriously! I can't give it a 0 because the minimum is 1.

It's extremely expensive, and they aren't as detailed and thorough as you'd expect given the price paid for the service.

I love this place! My only complaint is the cashier who I believe is the owner. Not friendly and looks irritable all the time. From slamming paper and mocking customers every time, the interaction is short so that’s why I come back but the spotlight is on the workers who work HARD in 100° F weather, they’re trying to make a living and may struggle with a language barrier but if you speak to them slower they will understand. They are always able accommodate to my needs. Thank you!
