“The staff at this location were extremely kind and helpful in trying to help me with an exchange for a pair of shoes that I bought at a different FF location (I needed a different size). The system said there was a single pair in the store in the size I needed and 2 different staff members spent a significant amount of time trying to help me find them and then also to look up my receipt when I realized that I forgot it at home (whoops!). In the end, I had a successful exchange and walked out with the shoes I wanted.”

“The staff here are always sooo nice and welcoming. I always leave with more than I thought (clearance girly) this location is very organized and clean. I got 4 pairs of shoes on clearance this last time and all the staff were very nice (even the though we cut it kind of close to closing time)”
