“So, I didn't end up using their services...only because, as suspected, mailing my heavy items would have cost more than flying them to my destination as baggage. But, both staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, including fitting my items in the correct size box and helping us pack them, weigh it and figuring up the cost. “The main reason that I'm writing this survey is because of an amazing employee. Her name is Jessica. She is a great employee who will do anything in order to resolve the situation related to her customers. My dad was having a difficult situation with a document. Jessica took her time in order to assist my dad with reading the document. She also helped him fill out all the information. In the end, she notarized all the required documents. Jessica presented the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. I am truly grateful for Jessica. My family is also grateful for all of her help. Jessica is amazing employee and it will be extremely difficult to find an employee that is at the same level as her. That is how amazing she is. Thank you Jessica for everything that you have done.”
