I had an amazing experience coming here! I needed help with my car, and Caleb’s knowledge saved me from blowing my engine. His expertise was truly a lifesaver. The customer service was top-notch, and I also want to give a big thank you to the black-haired white girl who checked me out quickly. Overall, an excellent experience—I highly recommend this place!

It was so confine with at least maybe 10 people had a bag of chips a year 1 spoiled.
The Subway their wasn't that bad but the employee had got my whole order wrong.
It felt like everyone their had an attitude except for the supply personnel

If I can go lower on the stars I would. This is one of the worst places in town, price gauging everything ( no deals on Gatorade, soda, literally ridiculous). As if people aren’t struggling enough already. Places like this charge these astronomical prices because they know they can get away with it. Our society has no fight in it, we just let these corporations bully us and take our hard earned money. One of the ladies was very nice while the Red head young person tried to sabotage my entire shopping experience. Please avoid her like the plague, that’s if you want your good day to remain intact.
My fellow Truckers, please stay away from here. They don’t have hot food or anything worth our stay. No Drivers lounge, no Healthy food choices, just a bottomless money pit. Not worth your energy or time. Taking advantage of a broken system that seeks to further ruin our lives ( we rely on places like this as our home away from home, that offers us a chance at normalcy, good luck in finding any of that feeling here, customer services as cold as the ice mountains in Alaska. Please don’t waste your time or resources making places like this richer. Only two diesel pumps for crying out loud. I wouldn’t wish my experience here on my worst enemy. No perks for shopping there, no rewards system for doing business, just a bunch of blank stares ( only to rush you out of there). No compassion for human decency.

The absolute foulest urinals I have eve seen in my life. I almost didn't use them it was so gross. None of them were clean or looked like they had been cleaned in weeks. There was hair and a thick layer of dried orange urine alone the rim. I will never stop here again

Yaz and Mike were very rude and unprofessional.
I simply want $0.03 off for my gas.
When I asked for it, Yaz said I'd have to ring everything up again; then she handed Mike my things, who was playing inappropriate music on his cell phone, to ring me up. If I could put my number in, but this time it did not appear to give me my discount. I walked away towards the door to leave (to just forget it, but I liked the souvenirs I had picked out). Mike asked what button I pushed and I told him Kroger's plus. He rudely said, "Well this ain't Kroger's it's Shell" I told Mike I have both. I asked to be allowed in receive my discount which meant ringing items back up. There was no one in line at the time and only one other person in the store, when all of a sudden Yaz starts yelling at me. I asked her why are you yelling at me and she says, "I can't" and threatens to call the trooper on me. As I am walking away going out the door Yaz is now talking about me loudly to another customer she is ringing up.
Horrible experience especially after working 10 hour shift and driving 13 hours back home.

We just entered this gas station and my husband used a card and it seemed as if the security code did not work and it turns out that they emptied his account. Have an account with his card in this place, we called the bank and it turns out that at this station they took out all the money. money we have proof that we asked for a receipt and paid cash because according to the card it did not work

Insane prices. Shellll has a monopoly on the turnpike and prices accordingly. Place is a rip off and the market has terrible snack selection and no food later in the night (everything is closed subway etc)
