I went in to buy a whole pizza and a roast chicken. My family and I went to have a picnic at the park, after separating the pizza now on to the chicken and it was raw inside. The outside look to be golden brown but when I pulled out the leg it was bleeding and we all was discussed by that. I called to give a heads up to that department I got the bakery department and the young lady said she would get someone for me and put me on hold. After 5min I was upset of waiting then after 15min I screen shot the call, now I put the phone on speaker and another 15min go by now im pissed off so I screen shot the call again at 30:07. Now if you don't care about your shoppers it's clear sams on Gatlin Boulevard in port saint lucie

Sam's is a must for my hubby and me. We have certain items we get here that save us quite a bit of money. The store we use is always clean and the employees are not far away should I require their assistance. I love the Scan & Go feature. When we're done shopping we find a place to get out of the way, use the app to scan our items & pay then go to the exit line ... and we're done.

They are lucky their food is good because I was about to give 1 star. The customer service is terrible! I called several times and nobody ever answers the phone! Yes, They were opened when I called.

I just want to start that I'm new to Sam's club, so here we go . I found it to be ok , pretty well stocked clean , Kind employees till I encountered Barbie..I purchased an item that was on sale when I scanned it to check out it didn't come up on sale. The gal helping me out could not have been kinder ,she directed me towards Barbie who I'm assuming was a manager .I honestly don't know ..she had a chip on her shoulder The minute I started talking to her. She starts rattling off about "scan and go." I explain to her over and over again that I have no idea what that means . Barbie goes well. You need to download the app and starts talking so fast I'm like I have no idea what she's talking about , and why are you being so rude ? She had the worst customer service ,no patients ,so I ended up having to go to customer service counter where I encountered Nadine, who is very kind, helpful ,patient ,professional ,went the extra mile to help me with my credit , re- purchase, taught me "Scan& Go".Nadine took the time to explain it all and show me how to do it which ended up saving me over $13 so it was a big to do and let me tell you that Barbie needs to get a class on how to have patience with the elderly .. She should be working in the back where she doesn't have to deal with customers or customer service. That's just my opinion.,

I just recently purchased my hearing aids from Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center and I could not be happier with them. Ryan was great and he took the time to explain my test results as well as showing me how to use my new hearing aids. If you are thinking of getting hearing aids, I would highly recommend SAM’s Club Hearing Aid Center.

New to the area from south, south Florida. Sam's Club is the only game in town in Port St. Lucie. Many of the products are like Costco but in a phrase, "it's not Costco!" But, they do have a gas station so there's that.

Placed a order on line at 3pm was told it will be ready between 7pm and 8pm... I arrived at the store at 7:30, asked the lady were so I go to get the online orders... no one was there asked the guy at the door and he told me go see his manager... I went to her she pages someone at 7:35 no one came until 7:50... funny thing is I was waiting went the lady did come who was sitting in the food section she did not even approached me she approached a white women who had just walked in... now me as a black man who has been waiting thinking maybe it was a over site... but no then they approached a white male who walked in... at this point Im starting to thing if you black don't do a online order at this location as they will ignore you!!! Now it's 8:15 and the store is closed at 8pm now someone say can I help you!!! Unbelievable!!!

Sam's has all the items you expect a warehouse to have. The aisles are wide, the selection varied. For us, the ability to checkout using your phone is a big plus. Saves waiting in line at the checkout.

This is a great location with clean interiors and friendly staff. Lots of items on sale at great prices, lots of stocked product. You can purchase a membership at the register when checking out for your convenience. They have a good selection of wines, we found some really fun ones!
