They sell new Stihl equipment but have very limited stock of parts I find very embarrassing to explain to me why r they different from the other dealer's if they do service and repair they should stock parts and a better way to repair stuff instead of charging us 50 plus dollars just to tell us the issue. Very misleading as a Stihl dealer they're just not selling new equipment and order certain parts last time Rockys trys to screw someone else I'm tired of being tooken advantage and getting mis leading info on parts if Stihl looks at my review yank there service and repair shop if they can't get all of our parts we need to work

This place has the slowest cashiers in any place I’ve been tooThey move as fast as molassesAn don’t pay with a 100 dollarsThey don’t have changeThey will have to go all the way to the back and you have to wait in line because the cashiers probably don’t keep more than 50 bucks of change, but the help is good, but the cashiers are just way way too slow

Finally a small hardware store where people are happy to help find your items. Today the associates helped me with a plumbing issue. When I left I am confident they have me the right items to get the job done. Smooth easy transactions

Website said they had a dryer cable in stock, but it wasn’t on the shelf. I tried asking the associate if she could check, or ask if it was in back but she walked away from me as I was talking to her. Don’t waste your time, just go to Home Depot where they institute good customer service practices.

I bought a MS180c Stihl Chainsaw from this location and I had it for a little under a year. The chainsaw broke a three times within that year:1. The starter cable broke (Common issue on the 180c)2. The repair was faulty for the starter cable after testing in the parking lot that day. The cable was attatchef but did not move. And worst of all, 3:I found the saw on a top shelf leaking bar chain oil all over a bunch of tools I had below it. Not only did it leak everywhere, but this saw is basically new.I brought the saw in for a warranty repair as the issue was another common problem I researched online.One of the female managers at the location took the saw and I signed for a warranty repair. When I returned a week later to pickup the saw, I was given the WRONG SAW. It was a MS170 and the serial numbers did not match. I noticed this inside the store so I quickly returned it and the manager there (George) took the saw and checked the serial numbers. He noticed the discrepancy and told me he would look for the saw.I call him a day or so later and he said that he couldn't find the saw but would call and see if it was mixed up in repairs and that he would call me back.Weeks go by as I call manager after manager as each one gives an excuse or stalls for another week. I'm still here with no saw, no explanation, and no compensation for any of this. I was told I would be getting a "new saw" and that I would recieve a call this past week. I did not recieve a call so I called the location yesterday and I was told I would recieve a call today. It is 4:42 P.M. and they close at 7:00. This is the worst experience I have ever had ANYWHERE for a tool, especially when I paid $360+ for it. Despite this being the closest hardware/tool store, I think I'll take the extra 15 minute drive to go somewhere else instead. Do not make any major purchases at this store. I will edit this with the drop off reciept and the new saw reciept once I have it to show proof, IF I EVEN GET THE SAW.

I searched for Emtek dealers and Rocky’s came up in my search. I also called to verify and was told they have the Emtek cabinet pulls - well they do NOT. Very disappointed since I wanted to view in person. If you’re searching for Emtek - they don’t have any cabinet pulls or knobs. Very nice store but website search is not always accurate.

Went in looking for paint.Asked the female cashier for help she said what do you need I know where everything is.with a attitude. I Said paint. She calls for help over her earpiece. I waited 10 min. Finally I see a make worker I said I've been waiting fir help didn't you hear it over your earpiece. He says yes abd proceeds to help another customer while I've been waiting. Finally a female manager comes out I ask her for help. She helps me. Told her cashier has a attitude. She said she will talk to her Wasn't very happy with the way I was treated.

Ace has been my place for Weber grills because of their services. In need of a replacement for a weber that had rusted out in just 8 years, I waited to talk to someone for 15 minutes and was then greeted by, "Which one do you want?" This person knew nothing about Weber, grills in general or even what brands they carried. Laughed off the rusting out, lack of warranty and 30% increase in price to supply chain issues and take what you can get mentality. He was on to the next customer and I was on to Grill Refill for a very informative discussion and purchase of a high-end quality propane grill.

I love this place. Very clean and well-stocked up. I can always find things that other big places don't have or don't carry anymore. It has an old-town feel to it. Service is a hit or miss.
