If you aren't buying from here you are missing out. John's customer service is 2nd to none. Their selection is 2nd to none. And out of 100+ inverts (CUC) i have bought, not 1 has been DOA. Nor have I had any bad hitchhikers. The product descriptions are spot on and acclimation is simple. Cheapest and easiest way to clean your tank is having the correct CUC. And they can help you figure that out.

I found Reef Cleaners in a forum and decided to place an order for a clean up crew. John’s communication was outstanding. USPS totally dropped the ball so my delivery was 3 days late. This was not Reef Cleaners fault but they went above and beyond to make it right. I placed an order for a few extra things that required UPS next day air and the package showed up on time and everything was alive and doing great. Reef Cleaners deserves bonus stars for the exceptional service. If you are in the market for a cleaning crew you won’t regret doing business with them!

I am in NY so I was super skeptical about ordering inverts from florida but everything arrived alive and well packaged. I had read good reviews on reef2reef so I decided to give it a try. Acclimation instructions were very clear and simple. Customer service is super amazing and John responds very fast. Will buy again!

I love the store options. I love that they have choices for things to host with anenomes, custom orders based on what you are dealing with, a wide variety of cleaners, and knowledgeable descriptions on products. The prices are very reasonable!!!!
I ordered from them twice. My first order contained microalgae and anenome shrimp. The mermaids fan arrived looking larger than I expected! In great health! No hitch hikers! The anenome shrimp were individually contained, and I LOVED that because they are so tiny and amonia can spike being overcrowded. They also had tiny little things to be able to grab ahold of to ensure safety. One shrimp was DOA, and I was able to promptly get a response and was made right that day.
My second order thus far has had anenome shrimp and trochus snails. Everything came alive! The snails even had something to hold onto!! These two small things they do for them show they care about the animal arriving safely and comfortably. I am very happy with this company and will do many more transactions with them in the future.
I was really skeptical ordering these things online, but I am so glad I put my trust in them.

Not most responsive customer service. $50 was the min order so I filled my cart to $50...Got an email after with him wanting to cancel the order because one invert doesn't ship well (so why are you selling it online?). Regardless I didn't even want the invert that doesn't ship well so I asked for some type of break on the min order for the invert I actually wanted...Still willing to pay more into it because of course understand they have to make money. He replied there was no exceptions. Okay...fine...I hopped on the web and found Top Shelf Aquatics who also ships from Florida, but for cheaper than their "flat rate" that he was supposedly breaking even on. I guess my point to John is- min orders are antiquated...this is the 21st century you can build a small order premium into your pricing model to account for lost margins below your threshold.
Yes, and my point was you asked me 3 times to cancel the order, like you couldn't be bothered with my petty order - instead of offering a practical solution such as asking if I would pay for a larger box to ship, or some type of premium to only ship the snail. And you don't have a published phone number to call but expect to be able to call me when you "want to make it right" after seeing this review.

Has been my go to for years for CUC. Ordered was delayed in delivery and my Halloween hermit didn’t make it. Even though it wasn’t his fault at all, John issued an immediate refund. Great to work with and the critters are awesome. Highly recommend

I’m having a crazy breakout of all the bad algae emailed reef cleaners for a custom order. John got back to me the next day with what I should get he stayed in contact with me got my order in and had it delivered and everything was alive and healthy! Great experience overall I’ll be ordering from here again once my new tank is up. photo attached is the pitho crab already eating bubble algae. not even in my tank for 12 hrs and it’s already tearing in.

Amazing! John gave excellent customer service each step of the way for my order. AND the clean up crew I ordered arrived healthy and happy. I have a 90 gallon tank and my live rock was covered with algae. After 1 day, it is half gone!

Quick shout-out to reefcleaners.org . My CUC order was lost by UPS. I reached out initially and we decided to give it an extra day... After 2, I filed a claim with UPS and it's still in "Searching for package" status a week later... The live contents of the original package are definitely no longer live so I reached out. John replied back almost immediately that a new package would be send on January 2nd. This is my 3rd order from them and definitely will not be my last.

Placed an order 1/8/23 paid for overnight shipping email said shipped 1/9 it is now 1/18 still no update won’t buy again for my tank
