So, I make an appointment but don't get an email to check in so waiting for people to show up on time to open. No, they can't do that. Then I finally get called and hand my test request to the woman who seems overwhelmed. She takes down my insurance and CC information. Ok, that was in September.Why is it I am just getting the EOB for one test but the other 22 have not been submitted? If this isn't incompetency at its best, I don't know what is. It has been over 2 months but you still haven't submitted. This is why the insurance industry is partly screwed up; they can't fix idiocy.So I called yesterday, oh, they are closed. Really? With this level of service, you don't deserve another day off.

Extremely unprofessional and rude not to mention disrespectful. Overbook times at least an hour wait even with an appointment. Avoid at all costs.

Small but fast and efficient. The employees here were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I went on a Saturday, at about 9:15am, as a walk-in and with no appointment. I waited only about 15 minutes. Only thing is it's a little cramped in the waiting room but if you stand outside they'll call out your name there as well.

Didn’t have an appointment, was seen quickly… Kathy was very kind, informative, professional and very sweet. I didn’t feel a thing Kathy was very gentle when drawing my blood. I highly recommend this location .

Have a concern about an employee. I was at the Walmart location to give a pre-employment drug screening. When it was my turn to give urine, she asked me if the information on my DL was correct. I told her it was. She precedes to add incorrect info to my address. I noticed and explained to her that it was incorrect. She replied in a not so friendly manner and told me to sit down because she couldn’t have anyone over her shoulder. I reminded her of the question she asked me. I then gave too little urine and she made no attempt to inform me that I could try again. Had I not persisted, she would have let me leave the premises which would’ve caused me to fail my test and lose my livelihood. She spoke really fast and I felt rushed the whole time. She didn’t offer me water until I asked for some and when she did, she gave 2 tiny bottles. When I asked for one more she said she couldn’t. I’d like to know if this is true. I’ve never been to a lab that limits the amount of water that you can drink. It’s usually plentiful. Her customer service and tone wasn’t the worst that I’ve experienced, but it was the worst that I’ve experienced at a Quest Diagnostics lab.

I was in on 3/25. No wait which was amazing because I anticipated having to wait for awhile. The tech who helped me was not friendly, and it was obvious she did not want to be there. I wasn't sure if she was mad because I was a few minutes late?? She never made eye contact with me, didn't reciprocate when I said hello and thanked her. She kept ear buds in the whole time (so loud I could hear them) and she threw the vials into the basket as she filled them. When she took the tourniquet off my arm, she nearly hit me in the face with it. I've never been treated like that in any medical setting. If someone is that miserable at their job, they should find another one.

I am a hard stick so I’m usually very nervous, but Carlos was very kind and reassuring. I wasn’t nervous at all and he got me on his first try. He was also funny. Thanks Quest for having such experienced and thoughtful employees.

I went today, first time since our recent move. I didn't realize it was inside Walmart until check in. Sahar took my blood, what an incredible lady, besides being so nice and calming, I barely felt the stick...she was so so great at her job!! Thank you Sahar!!! I hope she's there when I need to go back!!!!

No complaints at all, I always make my appointment, it is quick. Required a mask that shouldn't be a big deal. That is a medical facility, and besides we still have more cases with COVID-19, and when is dealing with Bloodborne and pathogens everyone should be more conscious about it.

Melissa and Cathy are two of the most caring, patient, helpful ladies that I’ve ever worked with in the entire medical industry.They were extremely kind helping sort out containers and vessels for a lot of complex procedures, and they made something very difficult and confusing as simple as possible. Very grateful for the help, their knowledge, and their personalities.

Wish I can Put -1 , the 2 ladies there are super rude, uncaring , disrespectful, bad attitude , with a lot of entitlement , I really hope management read all the bad reviews regarding this location and really do something with this 2 ladies , supervisors please read other reviews regarding this location please and actually do something

Update your Saturday hour's. As online it says 2pm close but when I get there at 115pm the sign on the door says closes at 11am.
