Quest is located inside of Wal-Mart. There was a system glitch, despite me checking in twice - first time via the link Quest sent me by phone and second at kiosk onsite -- after a short wait when I didn't see my name registered on their screen I decided to ask one of the lab techs that stepped out. She was very kind to slide me into the queue quickly. She was experienced in drawing blood as the pinch was quick and painless. She was very pleasant and welcoming despite the early hour of the morning. Professional and yet personable -- wish I would have gotten her name ( originally from Maine). Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Quick and simple to check in online. I walk in the Quest Lab and was called in immediately. The tec.was very nice and extremely professional. Thank you Mrs. White.

Conveniently located, clean, and friendly and cordial staff. Went as a walk in and the wait time was only 30 minutes. Waiting area with limited space, but you can engage in shopping while you wait your turn.

First and foremost I would like to send special thanks to Lisette for being such an exceptional human being ? for her true empathy and compassion for my personal loss that I shared with her .Thank you I really needed a hug at that precise moment as the loss of my daughter was so recent ?? . God Bless You Always ?♥️ . As for Quest Diagnostics I was very surprised at their professionalism as well as their ability to get everyone in and out in a timely fashion . I was actually 10 minutes late because I wasn’t aware this was inside Walmart and I was going to reschedule but I actually had no need to do so because although they had quite a few patients they were moving right along . I’d highly recommend this particular center to everyone !!

Arrived 15 min before my appointment, used the kiosk to check in, waited outside the jammed waiting room for 45 minutes only to be told they called my name (and two others) twice and deleted us from the system! Fasting until 11am and waiting 45 min for lazy employees to choose NOT to stick their heads outside the crowded waiting room to call names…complete waste of my time and then they were rude to boot! Don’t worry ladies, I will never be back to your location again! You SUCK at your job!

This appointment was easy to make online. The kiosk check-in was efficient. I was seen right away, literally within a minute of checking in. The lab draw was smoothe. I was in and out so quickly and have already received results just 24 hours later. This appointment was truly a great experience.

Walk ins r totally ignored. Perhaps , walk ins can b weeved in every 3 rd appointment ,just planning properly raher than just excussing ," that appointments take priorities

Went into a 1 oclock appointment with them to order an hcg blood work test for myself. Was informed I needed a physician to order the test or go and buy it online for myself and then come back in. You would think they could do that right there with their own system and just have me pay but no, they have you leave. Also has you give up your appointment time too while they wait for it to appear in their system . This place is a joke don’t recommend. Also not enough sitting and they don’t want people standing , maybe don’t book so many appointments with so little sitting.
