Apparently, there are three lines at the customer service counter. However, there is no signage or direction from customer service staff to indicate this. Was waiting in one line that was apparently the wrong line for customer service. Signage indicating what line to stand in would be appropriate and resolve conflict that may arise.

This review is directly for the Deli department. I hate coming to this publix when I have a preorder because they always get my son's order wrong. The store manager has fixed their mistakes for me one time sending the correct sandwich to my house. But this is ridiculous even though this publix is close to my house I will drive to Rivergate to do my shopping. Today my son got his sandwich and it looks like it has POTATO CHIPS ON IT! like where is that option as a topping? I'm so fed up with this store, most of all the deli department. It really is not up to par.

I like this one better than the Martin Downs one. Cleaner more organized. Some products I can get here that I can't get there.

Very friendly employees. Clean store, very well stocked. Everytime i visit i either see the manager or another higher up working on a display. Clean restroom facility as well. As always, where shopping is a pleasure.
