I do not recommend using this pharmacy. When you call, they either don't answer the phone or it takes forever for them to answer the phone. They also do not return phone calls when you leave a message. When you go to pick up your prescription there is always a long line/wait as well. They are super slow at getting my prescriptions filled and always seem to have to order them from "their wearhouse" while other nearby Publix pharmacies have them in stock so I end up transferring them there. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy!

Not an easy job. Most people picking up prescriptions are sick and often therefore cranky. This area has grown so much. Ellie was very helpful getting me a bridge while waiting for a back order.

Stuck waiting 25min over appointment time and no update, communication or reasoning. Lobby full of 3 people, with the person who arrived before me finally addressed since the moment I arrived and then was served before her. The person administering was nice and effective. Posting the pic of those ultimately responsible, but do better with your appointments, please.

The wrong kind of hired help. Totally ignoring customers waiting to buy things... don't understand why Publix does this. Long waits and wrong orders

You cannot rely on this pharmacy to fill the orders that your doctor prescribed. In the past 6 months I have had prescriptions sent in from 3 different doctors. EVERY TIME, the pharmacist has said, "we need clarification on the prescription before we can fill it" They don't call you to tell you this, instead, they just don't fill the order. You get absolutely ZERO notification that there is a problem with the Rx UNLESS YOU CALL!!!! YOU have to "jockey" the phone and make all the calls to get the issue resolved. I don't know why the pharmacist does this. Is she a rookie fresh out of pharmacy school who is Uber-critical of every prescription that every doctor writes? Does she look at the prescription and if a doctor didn't cross their T's and dot their "I's" does she not fill it? Is it that they are very busy and they are looking for any reason not to fill orders? I just don't get it. When people can't get their medication or even worse, they run out of medication, it can have EXTREMELY NEGATIVE REPERCUSSIONS in their lives. And this pharmacy won't lift a finger to get it resolved. My doctors have said that when they call, they are on hold forever, and sometimes they can't get the pharmacist to call back. So, if you decide to use this pharmacy, I hope that you have time to make lots of phone calls because YOU are going to have to do THEIR job!! I could understand if it was 1 doctor, but from 3 doctors in 6 months? I mean C'MON' PEOPLE!!!

Parking is horrible in this small plaza, too many businesses for a tiny clustered parking lot. If it's a holiday or right before, go somewhere else instead of driving around for 10 minutes waiting for someone to pull out. They need to relocate. I go to the Publix on Commerce Centre drive, which is quite a bit out of my way.

Let me start with the positive. The staff is very friendly. Most of them will gladly take you to the exact location of the item you ask for help with. The bakery staff is super nice and always greet me with a smile. Most of the management team is also friendly. Now the negative (sorry). The produce dept is garbage. If I could only tell you the number of times I've come home and cut open an avocado, melon, plantain or other items only to find that they're rotten or not as green (fresh) as it appeared. There's not doubt in my mind that they know they're selling us rotten food knowing that most people won't return them. I should (and will) filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency soon. It's not even close how much better Bravo's produce is compared to Publix. Such a shame. The pharmacy is a joke. It's never failed that I place my refill order thru the app and have to wait days before I have to finally call the to get the Rx filled. If I don't call I can only imagine how long it'd take to fill. The pharmacists seem miserable behind the window. They rarely lift their heads to smile or greet anyone. I've never had one make any effort to help me when they see me waiting. On several occasions I was told to be there at a given time only to be told the order still wasn't ready...even when I shown up an hour after. Publix better hope that Wegmans doesn't come to town. They'll learn what a real grocery store should operate like. I miss my Wegmans.

I would like to thank Sarah and her associate for walking with me to my car tonight. It was raining and I am a little under the weather myself. There was a man that was acting unusual and she stayed with me. I really appreciated her assistance.

I never post reviews, especially negative reviews, because I understand people/businesses will have bad days. That’s to be expected at times. But the Publix pharmacy at Tradition, is just awful to work with. We have used Publix pharmacy’s for 15+ years, at multiple locations depending on where we have lived. Never have we experienced the constant horrible service that we deal with month after month, as we do at this location. The majority of the employees, including the pharmacist, are rude, and act like they don’t have the time or care to listen, or attempt to help you. (I have been hung up on more than once with the statement, “have a nice day” - in a condescending voice, and you hear the phone disconnect before you can even reply) They have no organization or urgency to get anything completed. We have used this location for approximately six months now, and every single month, we have issues. I have waited some time before sharing my experience hoping things would get better. But unfortunately, this seems to be the norm, and it’s not fair to the customers. I’m disappointed because this is not the experience you usually receive from Publix, who always prides themselves in customer service. They will receive a script from a doctor’s office, but will not fill it on their own. I have to call each time to have them acknowledge they received it, and half the time, it’s not filled/ready when they say it will be. (I understand some locations are busy.) But there have been multiple occasions where we are told prescriptions will be ready after a certain time, and when we arrive to get it, we are told, “the delivery was late, and your prescription isn’t ready.” Sometimes it’s not even ready the same day. Or “We haven’t gotten to it yet. You can shop and come back in about 30 mins”, when we were told to pick it up after a specific time. They also chose to create their own rules regarding controlled substance perceptions, (which other Publix pharmacy do not do) This was told to me by the Pharmacist, when they would not fill a prescription two days before the medication would be empty. They will only fill it one day prior to running out of medication. Which makes it very inconvenient if you work or are unable to get to the pharmacy on your last day of medication. When I questioned this, because we never had this issue at our last Publix pharmacy, I was told, “this is what we chose to do here.” I respect their attempts to prevent people from abusing medications, which I assume is what their reasoning behind this is, even though your doctor has to approve the prescription refill each time!!!. But only allowing one day before the medication is empty, and not having the organization or ability to fill prescription the day it’s needed, creates a lot of stress and inconvenience for the customers. My biggest disappointment in all, is the attitudes and condescending tones you receive in person, and over the phone. I hope something changes here for the better.

This pharmacy is AMAZING! Even though it's very busy, they still treat you great and they're very fast. The entire staff is kind including the pharmacist, Stacie. I saw a review specifically saying she was terrible and I have to say any bad review here is probably there because the customer writing it forgot that they are not in fact entitled to abuse the pharmacy staff and then write a review trashing them. Whoever you are you should be lucky you got to speak to the pharmacist.
