As a woman, I get nervous with mechanics because of previous experiences with them, and their reputation in taking advantage of women - due to my lack of knowledge. This time especially, bc I know nothing about motorcycles, and brought my first one to him. He was patient in educating me and answering my questions. He was honest and fair. He demonstrated total fairness and honesty in his business practices! He respected my financial boundaries while being honest about the needs of my bike. Totally recommend this shop! And will use again!

My 2007 GSRX had a charging problem plus a whole bunch of other issues. Pete left it like new. He knows how to fix bikes and does what really needs to be done. His invoice was reasonable. Alex Russell Jan 2024

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pro Cycle Tech LLC, and it was an outstanding experience. Peter demonstrated an exceptional level of skill and expertise. What impressed me the most was Peter's ability to explain the issues with utmost clarity. Everything was done when he said it would be. Highly recommend!

The little heavy set guy behind the counter knew as much as I did so going to get some work from him was out of the question. So those of you that decide to use the shop just be people prepared to bring your bike back several times before he gets it, right

Shop hours are wrong And nobody answers the phone when you call either. Wasted a 20 minute drive. Guess they're not open in Saturday. I'll find a different shop
