Michelle has been very helpful in the setup and navigation of personal banking options available. She is welcoming and warm, showing professionalism and follow through. She is a great banking advisor. This location in St James is primarily for appointments only. There are no tellers. It is conveniently located in a Publix Plaza having sufficient parking for the traffic it drives in. It is equipped with an outside ATM.

My experience with this branch was horrible there card machine destroyed my card and they said they couldn’t do anything about it but I had to order another card! Don’t use this bank at all

Had an appointment to handle some things at this branch. I wasn’t sure what to expect since they closed the teller area. Upon entering the bank we were greeted by CJ. He seemed friendly.Within a few moments a lady came out and greeted us and invited us to her office. She was helpful and friendly. There was no high-pressure feel to this entire Interaction.I would highly recommend this branch.??

Been with PNC for almost two years now and haven’t had any bad experiences going into branches to do larger withdrawals than the ATM allow of $500.00. Katie was my teller today and she greeted me as I walked in the door. She was the only one there and was helping the drive thru at the same time. She handled my request promptly and was very polite and friendly. Thanks for making my experience easy and stress free.

This bank has the worst hours of any bank open in south Florida. Do yourself a favor and go to a bank that’s open regular so that people that work a Mon to FRI 9 to 5 can actually use the services the bank has to offer.

I've been with PNC for a while but today was the first time I needed anyone to solve a problem. I made a mistake regarding the direct deposit on my tax refund and was helped instantly by Myrtle. She got to the bottom of my problem and called me back with the answer in a very short time. Myrtle is a great asset to her branch and I'm thankful for all her help.

I decided to add my son to my account and, on a visit, took him in to handle. The bank rep apparently forgot to get his social and phone number and so I have been contacted to provide that. I got the information together, plus a copy of my last statement and called to provide. Finally got to a rep and started going through a series of "security" questions ,, account #, etc. But I was unable to provide the last two transactions in my account (my check book being elsewhere). I terminated the call. This was a ridiculous waste of my time, trying to correct their failure to obtain necessary information. This is my third review ... none of them good.

New customer here, very glad to have picked PNC Bank! Tiffany at the Saint James branch helped me get all set up, it was painless, quick and she was very pleasant to talk with. I feel like even tho PNC is a larger bank that they have the small town feel I like, friendly and they actually are there to help :)
