The branch leader Shellie-Ann Leeder is extremely condescending when helping clients. Waited at least 30 minutes in line to make a withdrawal. When I asked to go into my safe depot box she said I needed to wait again as there were customers ahead of me that needed to be helped before; all the customers helped were in fact there after me and waiting behind me in the teller line. Also asked to close to my account out today she said I needed to make an appointment and never followed through with making the appointment but went to assist another client that came after me instead. Didn’t acknowledge when I was leaving or entering but sits right at the front desk. Poor customer service and communication skills as a branch leader. Will be closing out my account with PNC after 6+ years with them.

I wonder why they never answered the phone.What going on with PNC bank? After covid very poor services. All the branches. I call this one for ask a couple of questions about the documents for open an account, very disrespectful they even hung the phone on me... I would give 0 stars .

Been a pnc customer since day one, went to this location and when I walked in the door there was 2 guys in the front office to the left talking about there evening. No receptionist, no greeting, went to the teller since there was no service. I was told to scan a barcode and wait. There was no customers in the building, 0. 1:00pm I checked in, 1:20pm I walked out due to horrible service. I just received a text back from the code I scanned at 4:07pm almost 3 hours later that I can be seen. If there is no customers in the store, no appointments there is absolutely no excuse why I was not greeted and taken care of. I will be cancelling all of my accounts and credit card service. This is the 3rd pnc this year with the most horrible staff I’ve encountered. Done

Went today to open a checking and savings account and the service was very unprofessional. I was told to scan the bar code and wait until they text me. Why should I wait when I was there frist. He helped the couple who came in before and for that will go to another bank.

My x-bank. I moved to a bank that doesn't scam the fees as PNC does. They got caught too. The Feds uncovered a scam where PNC was charging accounts for the checks (5 am as usual) first, and then posting the credits afterward (possibly 5:01) which means for 1 minute your account is overdrawn. Yayyyyy for the bank. $50 overdraft fee per check. The Feds say no way. Refund every charge you made to each and every customer, and start posting credits along with the checks, and then take a look for overdrafts. Stop scamming the customers. They did

I have made many deposits and have had business accounts dealing in millions with pnc and I tell you this not anymore I’m going to pull all my accounts I deposited cash 8k and they told me would have the cash next day made an appointment and now they are saying I have to get verifications done prior cause of the amount really! If it’s my money and I have all proper ID how can I not get my money not only am I closing accounts I’m debating on a lawsuit!!!!

Horrible customer service at this location. I used to live near the Rivergate branch which was excellent. I have been to the Saint Lucie West location 3 times and never have received great service. Today was the worst. Friday afternoon around 2:00, I walk up to the bank and the door is locked, sign said only drive through is open. I go to drive through. One lane has about 5 cars and the farther lane had 1 car. I get behind the 1 car. Over 10 cars were serviced in the other lane while I am still waiting behind the 1 car. I am using my gas and time to wait almost half hour to deposit cash into my account. Finally I backed up and left without depositing the cash into my account. No teller should have allowed a line to be tied up for half hour when they had already inconvenienced customers by closing down the inside of the branch with no notice. Terrible customer service at this location.

On Thursday 3/11/21 I called to find out if I can open a bank account and whoever I spoke to on the phone told me that if come in no later than 5:30 pm (which I did) she would do it. I went into the bank and said I'm here to open an account and she looked at me with an unhappy face and told me that its (probably) too late and I told her I'm the one who called and one of you told me to come in. It seems I spoke to a ghost on the phone because she didn't remember anyone taking my call when I know I called the right bank and there was still some lady sitting in her private office with no customers, they refused to help me! WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU TELL SOMEONE TO COME IN JUST TO TELL THEM TO RESCHEDULE?? Very unprofessional to say the least. I'll take my business elsewhere, to a real bank where I'm not treated this way. Stay away from this bank.
