I've been a customer for a 20 years, and have never seen such poor customer service! I have called the branch numerous times well over 20 and never had a response.

I've been a PNC account holder for 5 years and I have never in my life dealt with a bank with the root of staff especially the manager she is terrible horrible doesn't have a care in the world and acts like you're coming in there to scam her even though you have all the proper documentation and you just trying to figure out what you need to do she treated me like I was some kind of criminal I closed all my accounts at this place and will never go back there do not open an account at PNC!!

Went to handle some banking matters that I was having a hard time with. The sweet banker Myrtle was so patient with me and took the time to go over everything with me line by line and make sure I understood. With everyone in such a hurry nowadays, she really made me feel like I was special.A wanted commodity for me, will do all my banking with her from now on.Great work!

My husband and I have been banking with PNC for the past 4 years. This location due to the two bank managers, Yenet & Myrtle led me to close out all of our personal and business accounts.I have never received such horrible treatment from professional staff in all of my years of banking until I was forced to deal with these two ladies. I actually tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I read several other reviews and it appears that Yenet and Myttle have a reputation of treating customers very poorly.I arrived at PNC at 8:50 am and Yenet saw me standing at the doors patiently waiting. She did not open the doors for me until 9:05 after she opened the opposite side and let in guests who arrived after me. I politely asked her what time does the branch open and she ignored me and stormed off into her colleague, Myrtles office. The two of them began to talk amongst themselves as if it was a normal day of 1st period in highschool. Extremely unprofessional.I decided to not deal with Yenet so I asked Myrtle for assistance in fetching the branch manager. She looked at me with disgust. She did not acknowledge me or respond to my request. I had to then ask again for her to go get her manager. She didn’t move respond or acknowledge me. ODD!The two of ladies went back to their chit chat and refused to service me in any way. It got to the point where I walked into the office where they both were gossiping and simply asked if they were okay today? They insisted that they were well! And they advised me that the manager was a bit busy. So why the lack of communication?Overall, this is something Ive never experienced before especially in a professional setting such as a bank. Well.. guess what? We have options and there are many other options available to bank.Due to the treatment from Yenet and Myrtle I simply decided to peacefully close all of our personal and business accounts. No one deserves to be treated in such manner.If you are in the area, drive down the road to a different branch. These women, Yenet and Myrtle are not courteous, helpful or respectful in any way. Your money deserves way better.

This branch provides terrible customer service. It begins with the managers who have created the environment for all staff to follow behind. Yenet was extremely rude during our visit, and I don't think that we will be back again. I'm not too sure what her issue is but it appears that this attitude is reoccurring.

Poor experience. No sense of urgency from staff.. Mytrle and Yenet walk around the office with very poor attitudes with no interest in serving their customers/clients.

The ATM all the way to the right SUCKS.Either get it fixed or take it out!! If it's not working, it's freezing and taking your debit card. When you go inside to tell them, they'll tell you not to use that one, it will damage your card.......what?? Why is it still there? Really miss Darwin location.

extremely disappointed ! Sept 2023, ATM took my Schwab debit card! Then flashed a sign that it was temporarily out of order! It was OK when the previous customer pulled away. The teller claimed the machine would destroy my card! I gave her my business card and asked her to please call me at the end of day, she agreed and accepted my business card. One week later NO call! Do not trust the ATM on Gatlin Road! Their customer service does not do what they claim!

Terrible experience. Made an appointment to make a name change on an auto loan and open an account to establish more banking relationship. I called in before my appt and whoever answered said they close at 1 to come in anytime. When I went there 20 mins late from my appt(I was JUST told to come in any time) This snob looked at me like I committed a crime and said they have other appointments (this is 2 hours before they close) so they don't have time for me, didn't even offer to reschedule. Never been treated like this and they can't tell me it's not because I'm black. Two white girls came in after I did with no appt and saw someone asap. It's disgusting to think in 2023 people are still being racist. I'm taking my business and personal banking accts and loans to another bank.

My husband and I have used this particular branch for all of our business needs. Everything from cashiers checks, money wires and safe deposit box. Above all, security has been outstanding. We had a situation where we had written a check to a company for remodeling work. After writing the $5000. I drove to the both addresses on the documents. EMPTY LOTS!!!! The bank official, not only stopped payment on the check, but spent time researching businesses with the city, reported the fraudulent business. Florida feels like the Wild West if you come from a very regulated state as MD is, But we have made the adjustment and love FL and especially this particular PNC branch!
