Always at least 2 pieces of equipment is out of order. The “members” stand around on their phones hogging equipment. Last two times the tanning bed was broken. Haloing with other complaints. My biggest complaint is I have been out of town on business for the last 7 months. I’ve tried canceling my membership many times. I’ve wrote emails after emails explaining my situation to cancel. So I’ve been charged every month I can’t even get a reply. No communication, I’ve been getting robbed for months from a gym that literally has no reason charging this fee for such a small gym. It’s criminal. I figured I would finally post this so maybe I can get a reply. MAYBE! We will see. I want my money back. And cancel my membership. Unprofessional and typical

It was a pleasure speaking with Alillah today at the front desk..she was kind, knowledgeable and courteous. She was able to explain the different plans and everything the gyms got to offer with a positive attitude. Also, good atmosphere and non pressure environment. My only suggestions are better lighting , more equipment and more competitive pricing . Hope to join soon once the price is right for what I'm looking for. Thanks again Alillah for your patience, you have excellent customer service skills and great attitude. Dont change. ? ? ?

Ken the manager is very nice and professional and his staff are always pleasant, the gym is very clean and welcoming.
I had to call Ken about an issue with the level of the music, he promised to take care of it immediately and that he will train his staff on how to do so ???I will be working out at this gym for a very long time ?

This is one horrible company that scams customers there are two firms of payment for my gym membership and yet they charged me 10.00 late fee because they didn't use the second form of payment never join this horrible company

Breann M teenagers there at 5 AM. Trying to get a workout is better than you spending your entire day on a treadmill to still have the body of Taylor Swift

If you really want to know why this place is so busy… they have everything and more.. I literally take a bus 15 miles out to this location as the one brand new one in Fort Pierce does not have half of the machines that this place has. I actually have been going to this one for a while, but I never was consistent and never really thought much of working out when I was younger but this location might be the busiest but nobody hogs machines and everybody seems pretty chill. Some machines are a little tweaking on the counter and timer, nothing else wrong though. I got a black card though, because at least I can use the one by my house for arms but then I might just put it in to stay at this one only.

I like this gym. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. The machines are in good working order and the AC is perfect when it gets too hot. Being new to the area, I’m glad I chose planet fitness

I was initially interested in signing up at Planet Fitness, as I’ve heard good things about their facilities and friendly staff. Indeed, the staff were welcoming and helpful during my visit. However, the gym was extremely busy, and it was hard to find available equipment. It seems like a great place, but the high volume of people made it challenging to get a good workout in. Ultimately, I decided to join another gym that was less crowded. If you don’t mind the crowds, this could be a good option for you.
