Joven, who was called to the Tech area greeted me with big smile then actually listened as I explained what was happening on my laptop. Needing aTech Support service, I purchased Office Depot's for only $129 for a year which included McAfee's anti virus protection service (which is $100 per yr.) Joven was unbelievable he also did a back up for me and by the next day, he had my laptop up and running, He even had my desk chair ready that he had to assemble.
